Super 8 Newburgh - West Point, Stewart International Airport - 纽堡

This hotel felt tun down. It was clean, and the desk man was OK. Breakfast was very lacking--plain bagel was the best thing there. Not the quality of a normal Super 8.

This is the second time that I have stayed here so I must be satisfied. The rooms are large and the staff are very friendly. The location can't be beat. Breakfast was marginal, but you can find something to fill up on. Some noise between floors, but room to room seems to be less noisy. Plenty of parking.

for what you charge its not its should have been a 4* hotel we paid in N.Y CITY nearly the same at better location and much nicer rooms

And the service was excellent and staff was very friendly

its not the newest hotel but it was clean quiet, and its located less than a mile from Orange county choppers. there is a Bar next door that has a live band on weekends... overall I enjoyed my stay for a week.

The doors in this hotel are not spring loaded and slam when they close if you do not close them slowly. This kept us up all night as people were coming and going into their rooms because of the loud banging. It would shake your whole walls when the doors would close. Also, on our second day there, they did not have breakfast available because they said […] their delivery truck never arrived the night before. One thing I have always liked about Super 8 was being able to have a cup of hot coffee in my room first thing to wake me up. On this stay, there was only decaf in the room. When I asked the housekeeping person for a packet of 'real' coffee, she replied that the hotel was completely out! NO coffee 2 days before New Year's Eve? IIt's a good hotel for the price but it looks old, it needs some renovation

GREAT PRICE ...NICE PERSONNEL...BROKEN HEATER AND ALL THE MANAGER SAID WAS "I'M SORRY". NICE LADY BUT NO SOLUTION TO MY SITUATION OF NO HEAT. I GUESS I NEED TO PAY MORE FOR HEAT.?

This motel is a nice place, especially if you are not planning on a long stay, and it is a stopover. The non-smoking section does have some residual scent of tobacco, and the lighting in the room is not satisfactory, but overall, it is a good place, clean and very easy to reach from the intersection of I-87 and I-84.

Bathtub was not cleaned appropriately.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly, but i had to change rooms because the heat did not work. Also the free breakfast bar area was too small and cramped. Location is good. Close to restaurants and hiways.

We were in the area strictly as tourists and had many places we wanted to visit. We needed a place to sleep at night and have breakfast. That's what this hotel provided. It's a bit worn down, but it's clean. There is a wide variety of restaurants close-by, and easy access to the highway if you want to go further. I would consider myself a big hotel snob. I usually wouldn't stay in a motel. But living on a budget and only being in town for one night---I decided to give in. The hotel staff was very friendly. Minimal breakfast, separate room to eat, sparse, otherwise fine

The hotel was situated at the right place, and the free continental breakfast had decent choices. Unfortunately, the rooms were not well maintained. The furniture was damaged, and the smell of cigarette smoke was pervasive, despite the room door clearly labeled it as a "Non-Smoking" room.

The hotel was a little run down and outdated. The location is good in terms of places to eat and being easy to access the thruway. The front desk was efficient and nice enough and the hotel served its purpose as we needed a place to stay on our way north.

This hotel had a horrible stench. The desk persons were rude and very discourteous. While checking out, a member of our party asked to use a restroom, and the employee rudely said "the restroom is in your room". The price we paid for the night was inexpensive, now I know why. We will not return, nor will we recommend this hotel.

Instead of a security safe in the corner a small fridge would have been better

very pleasantly surprised in overall satisfaction of hotel: especially at the price we paid. staff was extremely accommodating. felt room needed an update; but was clean and comfortable. super 8 was an 8.

Wow i was on edge if the hotel would be good or not having reserved it 10 months out and it was I was happy with the size of the room and the people that worked there and would bring my family of ten to stay if back in New York again. For once SUPER 8 lived up to SUPER

I stayed there for one night! It was just fine for what I needed, basically a place to put my head down for a couple hours!

rooms had microwave, refridg., and safes. Many places to eat within 1/2 mile

Good low-cost hotel, reasonably close to West Point. Only problem was I was told in advance I could check in early and when I arrived (at 12 pm) they did not have a room ready, but that was shortly fixed and rest of stay was fine.

We Checked in very late.The room should have had a rollout bed in it.It did not, although the staff was very quick to supply one.We didn't eat and all the restaurants were closed .In the lobby there was a nice vending machine with many selections to choose from.Not bad.In the am there was a nice breakfast area.limited seats though.Good value would recommend […] for quick overnight or two. 阅读更多信息

This hotel was quite clean and up-to-date, especially for a budget place. Location right where 84 intersects 87 was great, with a modest amount of chain stores very nearby to get what you need. Internet was mostly good too. Would definitely recommend for a casual trip to explore the area.
