Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Airport Neu-Isenburg - 新依森堡

For the price I would at least expect a face clothe and a bath towel in the was room. The bed covering only covered half the bed..........

The hotel was very good - clean - friendly staff and nice accomodation. But if you have to go to Frankfurt, the hotel location is not ideal as it is not near the train station and the cab ride was 20 Euros each way!!! Convenient shopping area nearby. Overall good - but next time I will stay in Frankfurt proper.

This hotel was everything we expected.The included breakfast buffet was top quality & the price certainly was right.

My reservation had been prepaid, and included a special deal - breakfast was included in the price. The clerk checked their file and confirmed that was the arrangement. The hotel was a 15 minute drive from the airport. There was a self-service car wash about a block from the hotel, so I was able to clean my rental car and avoid any questions about its condition. The hotel is rated at 4 stars, the room was nice and modern, and the breakfast was typical of the nicer hotels. Our two-person room was one of the least expensive of our trip. At first sight my wife and I were somewhat disappointed in both the hotel and its location. However, we quickly changed our minds. The hotel is good value for money, has the necessary amenities and its location outside Frankfurt is not a major drawback. Neu Isenberg is a pleasant town in its own right with lots of reasonable restaurants, a large indoor […] shopping mall, a weekend market and a small "old town". It is also easy to get to Frankfurt by bus or trolley (we did the latter). Since trolleys run until after midnight, timing is not a problem. On this occasion we stayed four nights at the hotel at the beginning and end of a tour. Clean and nice + great location when traveling with a car, parking is easy on the street, somehow small room specially if with additional bed ( for children)

Das Hotel liegt zentral im Ort, reichlich Parkgaragenplatz. gut anzufahren. Frühstücksbuffet überreichlich, aber relativ teuer. Wenn man sparen will, sollte man im Ort beim Bäcker gegenüber frühstücken.

Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist leider nicht sehr gut - man ist auf Auto oder Taxi angewiesen. Das Personal am Empfang ist kundenorientiert, freundlch und hilfsbereit, die Mitarbeiter in der Bar unaufmerksam und nicht gerade gastfreundlich. Die Zimmer sind zeckmäßig für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - wenn man alleine reist. . Das Bad für […] zwei Personen zu eng und sollte bei den Zimmerchecks der Hausdame mehr Beachtung finden. 阅读更多信息
