Front desk staff were excellent! Except the cleaners loudly banging every door stopped my sleep in. Internet access complex & very expensive. Why don't they just make it free like cheaper hotels do. Even if it's just free in the lobby. Sauna was a lifesaver after sleeping on the rock hard single beds destroyed my back. good,cheap, clean hotel. Outside city centre but one minute walk from underground station. Vienna has a good transportation network that makes your trip easy even if you dont stay in the centre

The hotel maybe offers less than you might expect from a 4-star, but is definitely good value. Room, staff and facilities in the neighbourhood are very nice, the location is a bit faraway but not bad either. The Derag Hotel in Vienna worked for me. I was visiting Vienna for a conference at the University and found a deal for this Hotel on the internet. Unlike some other experiences of Internet booking the system here works, and my reservation was in my room's pidgeon hole before I arrived. This gives you some confidence. The room was comfortable, clean, […] well arranged, and suitable numbers of towels, soaps, and other neccessities were provided. The TV is old and out of date, without any four or five star functionality. But I do not normally travel, to watch TV so personally I was not concerned. Having travelled all over the world on Business and stayed at some of the Best and worst hotels, I personally would rate this hotel a good three stars. For me the Marco Polo in Hong Kong is Four Stars and the MGM Grand in Las Vegas is five stars, so there is not a criticisim implied just a dose of reality. This hotel is excellent value for money, and although it is located well away from the city center it is conveniently located for Public transport, to any part of the City being around 75meters from the Tram, and 150metres from the Train station. Breakfast is comparable to most hotels at this level, but service at breakfast is good and there are the correct number of staff to cutomers. For doing business on a budget in Vienna, or for a weekend break to take in the culture, without paying an arm and a leg, I would highly recommend this Hotel as a safe, functional, and well priced option, and shall no doubt be using it again in future. 阅读更多信息

The hotel is listed as 4 star which it certainly isn't. The staff wasn't very knowledgeable or helpful, and the room had a few roaches crawling around. The location is pretty far from the center as well.

The Hotel was very nice, and inexpensive. You can reach the center just in 20 min. but you should be careful of what you do, like using internet, minibar or phone calls (they charge us 20 Euros for two phone calls)

Die Tür der Dusche ging nicht so weit auf das ich als 130kg Mann hineingepasst hätte also musste ich mit dem Waschbecken begnügen und das war nicht so toll!

Personalen var trevlig, men ljudisoleringen var inget vidare. Kunde lätt höra allt som försegick i korridoren och rummet ovanför.

The Derag hotel is actually about 8kms from the inner city of Vienna. The hotel cannot be called super comfortable or super luxurious.. its just a spartan hotel. Had all necessities.. likes a kitchenette, a tiny fridge, TV, Sauna and all.. IT was just enough for a stay. Actually recommendable.

Поскольку этот отель проигрывает великолепному отелю этой сети в Берлине по величине комнаты, удобствам номера, сложностями с доступом на парковку, отсутствием электронного замка, я выставил ему оценку 4 по 5-бальной системе. Отель с хорошим соотношением цена/качество.

Dafür aber eine kleine Kockecke mit Wasserkocher, Tellern etc. So kann man sich das 14€ teure Frühstück sparen, oder man geht auf die andere Straßenseite zum Bäcker. DM, Aldi, Spar, billa... Gut erreichbar, sauber, preiswert. Wenig Platzangebot zum Frühstück, Frühstücksangebot selbst ist aber top! Hotel hat zwar Tiefgarage, aber keine Parkplätze. Halteverbote direkt vor Hoteleingang sind ein Handycap für Gepäckentladung - kaum verständlich, warum man keine Lösung mit Stadtgemeinde Wien finden kann! Super Service, freundlich, sauber zu einem 1a Preis

Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, das Zentrum ist aber in wenigen Minuten mit der Strassenbahn zu erreichen. Die Strassenbahn Haltestelle liegt direkt um die Ecke. Bäckerei, Konditorei, Restaurant, Lebensmittel, Drogerie, ein bekanntes Fastfood Unternehmen und andere Geschäfte liegen ebenfalls direkt am/in der nähe des Hotels. Das Hotelzimmer war […] geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber ok! Nur der Fernseher ist sehr klein! Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Unser Zimmer lag nach vorne zur Straße hin. Tagsüber bei offenen Fenstern sehr laut! Nachts aber ruhig und kaum verkehr. Da man ja tagsüber eh in Wien unterwegs ist, stört es wohl kaum. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichlich bestückt mit viel Auswahl. Da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Im Fitness/Saunabereich hat mich nur gestört, das die Sonnenbank hinter einem Vorhang im Massageraum stand und dieser Raum war nicht abzuschließen. L'hotlel est 4 étoiles parce qu'il propose beaucoup de services. En soi, la chambre ne vaut pas du tout ce classement, à peine 15M2 pour 3 personnes, dont un lit de camp ajouté, un peu faiblard pour un hôtel de ce standing. Chambres peu sonorisées et personnels très bruyant le matin.

Zeer goed hotel. Schone kamers (elke dag schoongemaakt). Vriendelijk personeel. Goed bereikbaar met bus en U-bahn (20 min naar binnenstad). Prijs/kwaliteit-verhouding uitermate goed. Ideaal voor een paar dagen Wenen.

Noe "Off Broadway". Helt OK hotell med litt 70-tallspreg over seg. Er man ikke storforlangende, fungerer dette hotellet i massevis.
