Bastion Utrecht - 乌得勒支

Much better than the ibis in Utrecht. Good onsite restaurant with attentive staff. Excellent packed lunch offer for 8.50 euros with its own cool bag. Too much for one person. Close to centre of Utrecht. Good value.

great hotel of middle class. good breakfast with good service. stayed two nights, thursday to friday and friday to saturday. on thursday was told that hotel bar will be open to 01am. on thursday it was open, with good service and specially good dinner. on friday dinner was not so good, and bar closed at 11.30pm!!!

I stayed in the Bastion Hotel as it was close to my place of work. I found the rooms were are clean and tidy but there was no room service or mini bar, just an empty fridge. It does have a restaurant, bar and vending machine. The hotel itself is right next to a tram stop, which takes just over 10 mins to get into the city center. Which is good as there […] isn't much else around the area. A bit off putting is the 7ft wire fence which and the 8ft electric fence surrounding the hotel (and office). After going out in the evening on a number of occasions, I found I had to wait until someone would answer the door to let you in. Overall, it was OK for a business trip, a reasonable price (for Utrecht), I would recommend it as it was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly enough. I recently stayed at the hotel and arrived around dinner time. To save some more travel and search for food, I dined in the restaurant. Four people served me which normally gets you lot of attention. In this case, it was more like the situation where one waiter (waitress) assumed the other one had done. Result: two course dinner that lasted 90 minutes. […] I actually left the table and had to tall a waiter to put it on my room bill. The quality of the food was poor, beginning with a tasteless tomato soup, and lukewarm salmon with meaningless side salad. Recommendation: find a better restaurant and food for $40.00. The room was old but clean. TV had more snow than a winter's day in Aspen. The shower area without curtain, typically in Holland, was soaking wet from stall to bathroom floor. Pleasant stay. Only down sides were lack of room service and in-room refreshments. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Nuit froide car peu de chauffage et pas de couverture.

Als je rugklachten hebt is het zeer moeilijk de badkamerdeur te openen door de hele zware dranger die is geplaatst. Personeel heeft tijdens het diner ruzie lopen maken onderling omdat de indeling van de werkzaamheden verandert was en met een klant omdat hij na 1,5 uur zijn eten nog niet had ontvangen (daarvan kan ik mij voorstellen dat de klant er iets […] van zegt). Tevens mag het personeel klantgerichter te werk gaan door sneller de tafels te bedienen, drankjes in te schenken en tafel af te ruimen. 阅读更多信息

Hotelkamer was niet goed schoongemaakt, in de douche zaten bijvoorbeeld shampooafdrukken van de vorige mensen en op het bureau zat viezigheid dat was verborgen door er een map op te leggen. Wij hebben niet durven douchen in deze vieze douche.

Alles netjes. Een beetje rommelig aan de buitenkant omdat er constructiwerk gaande is en parkeren aan de overkant was.

Hotel wanted 34 euro more than on hotel.com reservation for local taxes and breakfast. Website did not indicate this hotel is a construction site: parking unaccessible, dirty hallways Poor lighting in the room, cheap amenities. I feel I paid about 50% too much for what it is.
