Best Western Greenspoint Inn and Suites - 休斯顿

We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel in the North I45 area around Hwy 1960, and this Best Western was fine. It was easy to locate, check in was quick, and the room was nice and clean. The continental breakfast was fine, and there were no problems with the stay.

this is disgusting. i have never had this happen before. bumps all over my body. what a dump.

Over all I had a good experience at this hotel I would recommend to others,clean,good size,good breakfast service.

Smells smoke in the Non-smoking room. The staff and the manager were very nice.

very convenient location, easy to find, good beds, good shower head, good coffee. That is about all I can expect.

There were bugs in the bathroom.

Stayed only one night, but the staff was exceptionally nice. I liked that the room was larger than most other comparable hotels. The breakfast was adequate - they did bring out freshly cooked eggs a couple of times while we at breakfast.

This was a good hotel to stay in overnight. The beds were comfortable. Room was quiet. The bathroom fan and toilet were really noisy when in use. Overall was really pleased.

3rd floor has both smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms - but the hallways and the non-smoking room all stank of stale cigarettes.

The hotel and staff were fine for the money. Breakfast was ok, cereal, fruit, waffles juices and coffee. Wi-fi didnt work at all for the two days we were there which was incredibly inconvenient. The best part of the stay was the Cracker Barrel Restaraunt across the parking lot! Amazing food! Right off the highway, but busy street. We had a very good stay here. Rita, clerk was very good to us. She treated us as she would an old friend. This is an exception in the motel industry we have found. I was a good time. The room was clean and no cleaned very good. The price was very good for what we got. I hope we will get to stay here again. We now know what the good standard is.

Not much to say accept the room could have been cleaner. Room had a musty smell to it.

Hotel was pretty clean. There were alot of contract workers staying on the floor that I was on. Unfortunately someone on my floor was smoking marijuana. Had to change rooms on the 2nd night because of the hotel.com confusion to refund the difference in price per night since I had already paid. This is a very good hotel for the money we paid. It is clean and the staff was courteous. It is near Cracker Barrel and Whatburger, and there is a pizza and Chinese restaurant delivery to the hotel. The parking lot was safe, we parked in front of the hotel where it was well lit. Definitely will return to this hotel in the future.

This hotel had great friendly staff, clean rooms. The wireless connection was good for the third floor. I had no problems with my 3 night stay and I will come back again.

Everything was great it was vry central for what i needed to do. the comfort was great.... You will enjoy your stay...

this hotel has the most wonderful employees, they went out of their way, and above and beyond, to help us, we got lost and called the hotel and they talked us right back into where they were, they also made maps of where we were going and how to get back, we very very friendly, they kept fresh fruit and juice and coffee out where the breakfast bar was […] and encouraged you to help yourself, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, it was right beside of 3 resturants, easy access to mall, shops and other resturants, and if you need to go downtown its just a short jump straight onto the highway there. We had a family reunion in Houston at another hotel, but this was just as nice or nicer and about 15 bucks cheaper. The staff was great. We would definitely go back!

Hotel was great. Hotel staff was polite and helpful. Had hot breakfast. Will stay there again.

The price for the hotel was great. I really like the location, very accessible to I-45 and FM1960. The hotel staff needs MUCH improvement. The male desk clerk was very nice, and professional. There were two different female desk clerk who were unprofessional, and could use some improvement in their customer service skills.
