AC Hotel Genova by Marriott - 热那亚

Really nice hotel, but inconvenient location. Only one restaurant in walking distance and hotel located on a big highway. Parking is expensive. Internet not included and 10 euro an hour. Nice breakfast, nice staff.

Overall we found the AC Hotel good value for money, although a little out of the way, the room was modern and clean and the breakfast was good.

Anybody that has done any traveling is familiar with the ac brand and its reputation for excelence. When we first arrived in this property it seemed more lkie a 5star than a 4star property with its marble lobbies and plush surrounding. Enterring our room did not change that impression with the large lcd tv, green marble bathroom (complete with bidet), […] and hardwood floors. As our vist continues, however, it seems that the hard-working, pleasant service personel are under-staffed. The business center is promoted in the htel literature to be stocked with several internation papers and periodicals; there was one local paper and one catholic magazine. The lounge was supposed to have coffee and other offerings available 24 hours a day, and it was never stocked or manned. The roof top balcony was littered with cigarette butts and there was several areas in the hotel marked with water stains.On Sunday morning, I had planned on rising early and going to the health club to take a sauna and shower there so not to wake my friend. When I got to the health club, there were not towels, no hot water, and no sauna. Upon checking out that day, we asked if there would be a dicount due to the hot water, and we were told because we had booked with Hotel.com that was not possible. I reiterate, this is a quality porperty with a concientious staff. It just appears they are undermanned and struggling to keep up with the expected standards of the AC brand. The breakfast buffet was very good. The location is convenient , especailly if you decide you want ot head south to check out Cingue Terre. Going to the Old port and city central is a 15 minute bus ride witht he bus stop just across the street from the hotel. 阅读更多信息

Anche se abbiamo passato solo una notte, è stato tutto positivo. Bella camera, pulita, ordinata e funzionale. Begli anche gli arredi della stessa. Ottimo bagno. Complimenti!!!

Les moins : - Draps déchirés et tachés - Diner plus que moyen - Petit déjeuner pas très varié (salade de fruits en boite)

Abbiamo pernottato una notte tra il 14 e 15 gennaio 12. Dobbiamo dire di essere stati pienamente soddisfatti della struttura e del personale nel suo complesso. Da consigliare!!!!

Waren mit diesem hotel und allen leistungen sehr zufrieden. Keine deutschsprachigen tv - kanäle im angebot! Parkplatz im vorfeld reservieren wenn man mit dem auto anreist. Zimmer sehr sauber aber eher lärmig.

Excellente adresse. Tout confort. MAIS : - petit déjeuner très décevant. Peu varié et beaucoup de produits industriels.. - loin du centre mais navette bus très rapide. - accueil peu souriant. - parking délicat mais nous n'avons pas payé pendant notre séjour..

Hôtel très bien placé et facile d'accès pour une étape lorsque l'on se rend en Toscane ou dans le sud de l'Italie par exemple. Chambre de bon confort et très propre. Seul gros bémol : situé au bord d'une artère relativement fréquentée, c'est un peu trop bruyant. Dommage!

très bel hôtel, luxueux ,service stylé. centre de Gênes facilement accessible par bus (tickets à disposition à l'hôtel. petit déjeuner superbe. prix très honnêtes pour une telle prestation.

comodo accesso dall'autostrada( uscita Nervi)-possibilita di parcheggio vicino all'albergo anche coperto presso parcheggio COOp. La stanza era pulita ed in ordine- disponibilità di alcune bibite nel frigobar gratuite- possibilità di fare un po’ di attività sportiva nella piccola palestra al 6° piano dell'Hotel. ben servito da mezzi pubblici per recarsi […] a Genova oppure per visitare Nervi e la bellissima passeggiata lungo il mare- ho approfittato lungo la passeggiata della piscina con acqua di mare a Groppallo( entrata € 8 ) per fare una splendida nuotata. 阅读更多信息

L'Hotel ha conservato la sua efficienza e livrllo qualitativo. Per quanto riguarda l'accesso ed il dehors è certamente penalizzato non poco dalla vicinanza con i magazzioni COOP:

L'hôtel est très bien. C'est plutôt un hôtel d'affaire mais il est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était compris dans le prix. Le mini était offert et apparemment nous avions accès à la salle de sport. Nous n'en avons pas profité puisque nous y sommes restés qu'une nuit. Les environs par contre sont beaucoup moins bien. L'hôtel est situé en bordure […] d'une route importante et d'un gros supermarché. Il n'y a donc aucune vue. Par contre il n'y a pas de bruit. Pour aller dans le centre, il y a un bus direct qui passe tard donc pas de problème pour revenir à l'hôtel le soir. 阅读更多信息

Hotel periferico, all'uscita Nervi. Molto comodo per arrivarci in auto e poi spostarsi in centro con mezzi pubblici. Struttura recente e molto gradevole. Servizio minibar gratuito (poco fornito, ma gratis). Colazione regale ma senza caffé espresso-cappuccino e analoghi, solo caffé americano. Servizi ulteriori, palestra, sauna, internet a pagamento. Interessante […] soprattutto nel finesettimana quando c'é meno gente ed i prezzi calano. Possibilità di acquistare i biglietti dell'acquario di Genova direttamente in albergo (risparmiando oltre 1h di coda) senza commissioni. 阅读更多信息
