Very disappointed. Nice beach and good location but definitely not a 4 stars. Rooms are outdated and we could smell humidity in ours. We moved to a cheaper hotel that offered a much better alternative on the same beach.

The good: food was fine, the drinks were poured stiff, and the beach was perfect The bad: 1) Mosquito/spider infested room 2) 1-hour check-in process even though no one else was checking in at the same time 3) Upsale to a 'better' room that had broken equipment that was not fixed when we flagged it to the staff 4) A watersport manager who seemed a […] bit too sleepy for a job overseeing small sailboats in a big bay 5) We stayed most of a week and could not get into the Japanese place for food. It was either closed (mostly) or fully booked. No sushi for us, at all. I highly recommend you check out Beaches Resort next door. This was a very nice resort with nice workers and security to ensure guest safety. Ms. Jackson the resort manager was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. They changed our room with no problem when we informed them that our shower drain was clogged. The food was outstanding and on buffet night there was so much food. […] There are also several restaurants on this property that do not require a reservations which is very nice. Even though it's all inclusive and tipping isn't allowed I would just like to remind visitors to this country that tipping is appreciated and well deserved by everyone from the guy unloading your luggage to the waitress during your dinner. El hotel se encuentra en una playa enorme y preciosa. Los empleados del hotel y todo el servicio en general, salvo la atencion de recepcion, es casi perfecto. (Ojo, ellos nunca tienen cash.) Todo el personal es muy amable, solo requieren de una palabra de preocupacion hacia ellos, su vida y lo que hacen. Sobre las habitaciones, dire que son comodas y si se ve un poco antiguo en general, pero la verdad es que tiene un encanto especial. Estvumimos en una Jr Suite beachfront cove, perfecta, la 2072. Nosotros lo disfrutamos mucho. LA playa de ropa opcional es pequeña pero linda, para mi gusto falta ampoliar la zona de sol, el ambiente tranquilo es perfecto y el grill de la zona increible. No dejen de probar los lamb chops. Sobre la comida dire que no es nada especial, muy simple pero suficiente, sobre los tragos estuvieron excelentes, buenas marcas, nada aguados, champagne de origen italiano (prosecco) , vino chileno (regular) el blanco mejor que el tinto. Das Hotel ist gut und es hat zwei Strände einer ist FKK. Einen Nachteil es gibt am Abend kein Terrassenrestaurant nur ein sehr, sehr einfaches mit Hamburger und solche Sachen.

初めてのジャマイカで不安もありましたが、結果から言うととにかく良いの一言でした。一週間の滞在でしたが、ホテル到着時のウェルカムドリンクから、入室までもスムーズでしたし、滞在中のアクティビティーから食事まで、毎日飽きる事無く、大満足でした！ただ、他のレビューで好評だったフレンチのお店は少しフレンチ！？っと思う所もあったり、、、。ですが、全体的に食事は美味しかったです。イタリアンのお店は特にお薦めです！オールインクルーシブなのでお金も掛かりませんでしたし、かといって、サービス•料理•お酒•アクティビティーどれをとっても手抜きはありませんでした。 マリンスポーツはヨットやカヤック、水上スキーやシューノーケリングいたるまで全てタダなので是非！！また、ビーチではスタッフの方が気さくに話しかけてくれたり、一緒にバレーやサッカーをしてくれたりと、飽きる事がありません。私自身始めはスタッフの方と二人でサッカーをしていたのですが、気がつけば、ジャマイカ、ニューヨーク、イタリア、フランス、オランダ等、沢山の国の方が参加してきてくれチームに分かれてゲームをしていたり、、、。なかなかこんな体験は出来ませんよね。日本では飛び込み参加に消極的なイメージが有りますが、シャイな方、是非参加してみて下さい！ここでのイベント（毎晩のshow […] time等）にはそれをするべき価値があるし、それを受け止めてくれる陽気で気さくな人が世界中から集まっています！ ホテルでは常に音楽が流れていて、ここの音楽はホテルのDJが選曲をしているのですが、レゲエからダンスホール系までセンスの良い音楽が常に流れています。そのせいか、スタッフの方は歌やダンスをしながら仕事をしていたり。自然と身体が動いちゃうんでしょうね♪ ちなみに、この音楽はDJさんに言えば直接購入出来ます。ジャマイカでしか売っていない物ですし、少し変わったお土産を探している方には持ってこいだと思います。 この素晴らしさは是非ご自身の眼と身体で体感するべきです！ちなみに、滞在中日本の方は他にいませんでした。 （日焼け止めはmustで必要です、塗らないとこげちゃいます） 阅读更多信息
