Vivanta by Taj - Fort Aguada, Goa - 坎多林

We had a very pleasant stay & experience in the 3 nights we spent here. In good 'ol Taj style, excellent facilities & top service made our stay very memorable! Great & knowledgeable hostess with an ever smiling face and ready to please, ensured no stone was left un-turned. Highlights being the amazing surprise of a birthday cake for my wife followed […] up with a room upgrade to their exquisite hill-top Villa with a magnificent view to the Arabian Sea & the beaches! She was naturally thrilled to bits...which automatically makes the holiday quite special...hmmm!! :-) Good food at the restaurants & free access to their neighboring property...Holiday Village gives you a 2 birds in 1 sorta feeling. The downside is the non-inclusion of breakfast in the room tariff (for reasons best known to them) as this is something to look forward to, esp when one is holidaying. The spread was good though. beautiful property and amenities. restaurants were outstanding. Sister property made it easy to also access the beach with transportation provided. courtesy Airport transportation was a real plus

We stayed in the cottages at the Taj Hotel. We had a fantastic view! Our first night we enjoyed the christmas party, an event I would love to attend again. My only complaint is about the room service. They were very fast! But every day forgot towels or shampoo...something or another. They are probably unstaffed. Wow. Had an amazing honeymoon here. Great staff that was very helpful. Amazing view. No complaints at ALL......except why no breakfast included in price??? Although the food (3 restaurants) was wonderful. I must say that Vivanta by Taj is a MUST for family, business or like me, Honeymoon. Very Romantic. Thanks Vivanta. Will see you again.

I spent my 30th birthday at Vivanta by Taj in Fort Aguada, Goa. It was the most memorable hotel experience of my life. The day of my birthday, I was left speechless upon coming back to my room at the end of the day. The housekeeping staff decorated the room with balloons, rose pedals, a big heart on the bed (made of towels!), a birthday cake, a nice […] note, and a little stuffed animal. Crazy. I did not expect a Taj property to have broken tile in the hallways. The phones were so smelly that I had them removed only to have them replaced the next day! There was no top sheet one has to lay directly under the comforter so if you are hot you are out of luck. The comforter had stains. we were very pleasantly surprised with the service and quality of this resort. we had a very relaxing time and were happy to spend nearly all our time at the resort. only one staff member wasnt friendly and helpful. everything was cheap and the food was amazing. lovely little pool and beautiful surroundings.

Amazing view, superb rooms, excellent service, ultimate experience... u need to visit Taj Aguada, its a must visit at Goa.

Great hotel in Goa! Close to a lot of attractions! The beach is wiped out though due to global warming.

The ambiance at the hotel is very relaxing and everything is spot on. The hotels restaurants are very good and prices reasonable. You are close enough to walk to the local shops and restaurants which are good too.

Best hotel in Goa.

It was even better than expected as the staff served a delicious refreshing drink and the entire process was done while we were seated in a large lounge with the view of the water and could relax immediately on arrival. The staff took the bags to the room and there was fresh fruit on the table and complementary water bottles too. The food was fresh […] and even the left overs were heated up at my request the next day as there was an in room fridge too. The tour guide the next day was knowledgable and took the time to even photograph the elephant ride. He patiently waited at the sight seeing spots and was fluent in English and very courteous. The fun of resting on the beach side was exhilarating. The website did not mention a hotel drop off and pick up from the airport so when there was a complementary van for us, it was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious and the grounds were very beautifully maintained. The yoga class was a relaxing experience and the teacher was an expert in his teachings. I was sad that on Wednesday, it was his day off and so there was no yoga class on that day. I would love to go back again and visit and stay for a longer time. There was peace and privacy in the bungalow style rooms and the gardens were well maintained. The security staff were courteous and caring and the free shuttle across the large grounds was a very thoughtful way of planning for the elderly visitors. Absolutely excellent holiday..thanx to staff, room service, house keeping, cleanliness, fantastic hotel, room, swimming pool, environment in Fort Aguada. If I could, I would stay for longer...we absolutelly enyoied. Det perfekte hotellet fo deg som ønsker en avslappende ferie. Hotellområdet har alle fasaliteter man trener på en ferie, og er i grei avstand til byen. Leiebil med sjåfør kan leies fra hotellet for en ok pris.
