Ibis Hamburg Airport - 汉堡

It is a good hotel to stay. Although a bit far by walking to airport, I can still call shuttle to pick me up in airport when I check in and done shopping (back to airport). Only thing to complain is --I can hear voice from room next to me.

Hotel was perfect for a last night stay in Hamburg before returning to the states. It was conveniently located near the airport for our early morning flight. The hotel shuttle was very responsive to our needs, and the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is terrific in all respects. The only complaint that I have is regarding the shuttle service. I landed at Hamburg Airport at about 9:30 pm. I called to request shuttle service, asking the color of the vehicle and if there was a logo to identify it. I was told "red" and Hotel Ibis. After 5 calls and more than an hour later, I was approached […] by a shuttle driver who asked if I was waiting for service to the hotel. He said he had been there several times. Problem was the van was black and had the Vetruvian Man/Leonardo Di Vinci on it!!! Other than that difficulty, all else was excellent. 阅读更多信息

This hotel was very conveniently located, and had free wi-fi in the hotel lobby. The staff were multilingual (including English), and were very courteous. I enjoyed the hot breakfast the morning after my long plane ride. I would definitely recommend this hotel to either business or leisure travelers.

We stayed here for a night as we had to be at the airport at 5am the next morning. The free shuttle service saw to it that that was not a problem, they even picked us up from the airport at short notice. Very efficient and friendly staff, room was lovely, we enjoyed our brief stay. The only down for us was that aside from the Hotel Restaurant there […] is a Burger King nearby, but that's about it. Luckily we'd been shopping for snacks at the supermarket at the airport beforehand so I didn't have to skip dinner entirely. Still, a lovely stay, would def do it again if we had an early flight! Sehr kurz. Waren wegen Verlegung des Starts in die Türkei von Hamburg nach Schönefeld mit dem Bus gefahren worden. Aufenthalt im Ibis HH also nur von ca. 17.:00 am 4.4.12 bis 5.4.01:30. da die Abfahrt ab HH für 3 Uhr ab Terminal Tango geplant war. Haben im Ibis gut gegeseen, mussten dann früh morgens raus. Habe aber schon mehrmals Erfahrung mit Ibis, […] z.B. in Köln am Bahnhof und auch in der Innenstadt. Immer wieder gern. Danke 阅读更多信息

Fin afstand til lufthavnen og med gratis shuttlebus var et ekstra plus og med gå afstand fra parkering P8.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung wenn man wirklich nur kurz in Hamburg übernachten muss. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, es ist jedoch sauber und ordentlich. Für den DLR Test, Fluglotsen Test oder sonstige Pilotentests dank dem Shuttle zum Testgebäude absolut zu empfehlen.

Fint hotel nær ved lufthavnen. Dejlig restaurant med servicemindet personale. God morgenbuffet til fornuftig pris. Kan klart anbefales.

Das Hotel ist wie jedes andere IBIS Hotel auch, Nicht mehr aber auch nicht weniger, Man weiss genau was einen erwartet. Die Bar ist immer geöffnet, so das es immer noch eine Kleinigkeit gibt, selbst wenn man sehr spät kommt. Ein preisgünstiges Hotel direkt am Flughafen mit Shuttleservice. Beim Auschecken wurden mir versehentlich durch die Rezeption […] nochmal der Übernachtungsbetrag berechnet, obwohl der schon Online vorher gezahlt wurde. War aber kein Problem nach Telefonanruf wurde der Betrag innerhalb von 24 Std. sofort gutgeschrieben. 阅读更多信息

Gode værelser, fin service. Spiste aftensmad i restauranten. God mad, meget venlig betjening og hyggelig atmosfære.

Et godt hotel for den rejsende der kommer til eller flyver fra Hamburg Lufthavn. Restauranten dækker behovet for den rejsende. Hotellett er let at komme til.

We were very impressed by the hotel and its service. The check-in and -out was fast and the personnel very helpful at all times. The room exceeded our expectations by far: it was simply furnished but had everything we needed, it was in good condition and it was clean! A very nice breakfast buffet with a big selection of food and drinks is avaliable, […] which we can definitely recommend! fra hotellet er der en meget fin tur ind til centrum - samt en tur rundt om lufthavnen, hvor der er mulighed for stop og kigge på flyene. og så er det nemt og rart at der er parkeringskælder under hotellet.
