Melia Benoa All Inclusive - 努沙杜阿

整体感觉该酒店的服务还是不错，服务人员礼貌、热情，他们讲英文，不会讲中文，酒店房间设施比较陈旧，个人认为是三星级的酒店四星级的服务。 距离酒店不远（大概10-20米）是海滩，水清澈见底，比较浅，沙滩上有可爱的小小的贝壳可以捡。 不过2月份去的时候，已经很热了，清晨，只要离开房间，出去转一圈，就会热气腾腾，脑袋冒汗。

I would rate this as 3 star hotel instead of 5 star. Needs majar renovation.

We stayed at the Melia Benoa for our last night after traveling around Bali. It was a perfect end to a great trip! The all inclusive was great as were the food and staff.

This is a well-appointed resort with many activities included. We loved the pool, the rooms were comfortable and breakfast and lunch menus were fine. Not so the evening buffet which lacked variety. Staff were mostly very friendly and helpful, with a notable exception on the reception desk where a brusque and cursory explanation was given of the additional […] gold, etc packages. Prior to checkout, we enquired about the availability of a late checkout, or a day rate as we had an 11 pm flight from Denpasar. The man on the desk said that although they normally would do this, they couldn't because the resort was fully booked. We subsequently found, from another staff member, that this was untrue. This could only be due to company policy! The Resort 'Taxi' cost is also double the going rate for metered cabs. Bit of a ripoff! Great staff, fantastic buffet breakfast, close to beach and watersports. If I ever come back to Nusa Dua I would stay at this hotel again. Very impressed.

I booked it seeing the high ranking on tripadvisor. But the staff is not international tourist friendly. I called the hotel from bali airport and they refused to acknowledge that I had a reservation with them. I had to show a printed receipt on arrival at hotel. We were given a room with a view of roadside shacks. Then the AC wasnt effective at all, […] infact I was sweating. When I asked the reception to change my room, they promptly replied that we had to pay extra as the hotel was all full. There were tiny wood ants all over our hotel room door. We booked our water sports package from the hotel but to our dismay the service provider was an overbooked one and as we were rushed through all sports, we did not enjoy the water sports at all, the primary reason for which we were there in Bali. Pricewise and location were perfect. It delivered all we were expecting. For money value the food, room and service was excellent. I have read other reviews with complaints about the stairs and no lifts! Yes you have to use stairs but wasnt really a big deal. Other resorts look fancier but you pay. A beautiful well located and maintained hotel where the staff are very friendly and helpful.You can purchase an" all inclusive" which allows one to eat , drink and take part in some activities without any further charge.This is helpful if you are staying in the local area. Hotel has good pool, good garden and good breakfast. We stayed in a premium room which have been recently upgraded so are quite nice. Things people might not like: (i) Cost of drinks and food if not taking all inclusive package. (ii) Age of Hotel. Arriving at the hotel we thought it was much nicer than we were expecting... The hotel was very clean, basic rooms were very spacious and the hotel staff friendly. The pool was nice and although the hotel was relatively quiet we could always get a beach chair or deck chair by the pool... Although a large French group on tour all decided to use 2 towels […] at a time on the pool chairs which meant we had to go without towels for a few hours on 2 days... The breakfast buffet was excellent... The restaurant food also very good... We didn't upgrade to any of the all inclusive packages but if you don't want to leave the resort then it is a good idea... Less than a $5 taxi to Bali Connections and less than $10 to Kuta we ate out most nights... The hotel staff were very friendly but unfortunately couldn't provide much information about what to do in Bali... Não está localizado dentro da área nobre de Nusa Dua, mas sim ao lado. Boa localização para quem quer ficar próximo da Península de Nusa Dua. Excelente atendimento. Para melhorar poderia ampliar horário de serviço de drinks no bar da piscina.

Mycket nöjd med de 4 nätter jag, sambo och 4 barn bodde på hotellet. Vi blev gratis uppgraderade till familjesvit som var enormt stor, med två stora badrum som båda hade bubbelbad och massagedusch!!! Lite slitet i rummet, men absolut inte något som störde eftersom det var fint, rent och fräscht ändå! Det ligger, liksom alla hotell efter stranden i […] Nusa Dua, en bra bit från centrum (ca 5-10 min med taxi). Fick ta taxi in dit för en billig penning. Det finns några restauranger och affärer i närheten av hotellet, men inte så väldigt stort utbud. Vi konstaterade efter första dagen att det var lika bra att ta all-inclusive för att slippa åka fram och tillbaka till centrum för både lunch och middag eftersom det var väldigt dyrt att äta och dricka om man betalade för enstaka måltider på hotellet. Hotellet hade många aktiviteter varje dag och en egen mysig strandremsa. Ren pool med poolbar som var mysig att sitta i under de varmaste timmarna. Det gällde att vara snabb ut på morgonen för att få solstol vid poolen, men vid stranden fanns det alltid plats. I all inclusive fanns tre restauranger att välja mellan. Både buffe och a la carte samt olika teman varje kväll. Frukosten var mycket bra. Buffeerna höll även de god kvalitet och smakade gott. Men om det hade varit lite större utbud av varmrätter hade vi varit supernöjda. Vi avslutade vår 2-veckors semester med 4 nätter på detta hotell och kände att det var perfekt för att slappa vid en vacker strand de sista dagarna. Men åk inte bara till Nusa Dua om du vill se Bali på riktigt! Vi upplevde det som vilken vanlig ort som helst på tex Kanarieöarna och skulle inte rekommendera att åka till Bali bara för att se detta! Vi bodde även i Sanur och Kuta vilka visade lite lite mer av det riktiga stadslivet på Bali. Det som verkligen lyfte vår resa var en tvådagarsutflykt till centrala och norra Bali, rekommenderas varmt eftersom det visar den underbart vackra Bali. 広い敷地で部屋数が比較的少ないこと、団体客も見られずとても静かに過ごすことの出来るホテル。 当然レストランの混雑も無く、ビーチのパラソルもゆったり使えました。 部屋はE.Suite７０平米の部屋、プール越しにビーチの見える快適な部屋でした。不満と云えばバスタブが無いことと、エアコンの水漏れが2度あったこと。 日本人滞在者は自分達だけでしたが、スタッフはフレンドリーで快適でした。英会話が有る程度出来ない人にはお奨め出来ませんが、旅慣れたプライベートツアーには最適です。

Le camere sono eleganti e confortevoli, grande e bella la piscina la spiaggia e tra le migliori di benoa, come posizione e' un po fuori dai servizi che offre la zona . anche se di fianco ci sono degli negozi affiliati di suvenir e un market ma per avere piu' scelta bisogna spostarsi verso nord hai margini della strada visto che li' non sempre il marciapiede […] c'e.
