The Grand Coco Bay were nice, but we will stay somewhere else next time. The location was alright. Probably a 10 minute walk from downtown. Kind of located in a back alley in Playa Del Carmen.

Excelente atención en el comedor por parte de Omar y Gabriela, en la recepción el señor Alfonso es super atento y se esmera en solucionar cualquier inconveniente por minimo que sea. Faltan sillas playeras, si llegas a la piscina a las 8 de la mañana ya no hay ya estan todas reservadas.

Отель очень средний по всем параметрам. Неплохое расположение отеля относительно центральных улиц, но до 5й авеню пешком минут 15-20, не близко, зато такси довезет быстро. Питание очень средне, но ничего плохого, мало разнообразия и полное отсутствие морепродуктов... Русских практически не бывает. Пляж, к сожалению, самое уязвимое место - прямо на пляже […] отеля располагаются лодки .. и много лодок, но если пройти 100-200 метров вправо, то вода просто потрясающая и заплывать можно без ограничения. Анимация никакая по вечерам, в течение дня на пляже что-то пытаются )) А так, все понравилось, очень спокойный отель, никто ничего не требует и не пристает, очень напоминает не притязательную Турцию !!! 阅读更多信息

Det godt ferie ophold hvor du får hvad du beter for. Dog skal det siget at vores rejse var et kanon tilbud via Hotel.com Der er hygge og venlighed alle steder på hotellet. Du har direkte adgang til en rigtig fin og god strand. Alt er inde for række vidde. Og så er der ikke længere til centrum af byen end du kan gå der ind.
