Hotels.com sent me in the right way ...would stay again

Excellent location if you have a layover at Guarulhos. Despite being right at the side of the airport, you don't have any noise in your room. Excellent complimentary shuttle bus service. Nice pool and sports area for the day, but nothing else around. Very friendly staff and absolutely great food. Clear recommendation

The service is excellent, from the staff to the managers to the restaurant, first class. Location is great if you need to be near the airport to avoid the Sao Paulo traffic getting to and from the airport. The restaurant food is expensive, specailly their buffets which are nothing special. Caviat on the rooms they have 2 towers with separate elevators. […] The new and more expensive, upscale taower is great. But do not expect the rooms in the other tower to be anything like those. These standard price (still not cheap...) are a marginal 3 star - although clean - the furniture, the TV, the A/c, the bathroom needed renovation several years ago and are very much NOT worth the money that they charge for them.. Nice place for an early AM flight out of GRU.

This is perfect if you're planning on catching a plane out of Guarulhos the following day. I wouldn't stay more than one night, however, since the hotel isn't close to the city.

I will definately use this hotel for future travel to Sao Paulo. The service was excellent (most spoke good English), resturant and bar great, and a beautiful pool and spa for the downtime I got. A great plus was the proximity to the International Airport and direct access to major highways. However, it is well outside the range of any walking destinations. […] You must have a taxi to do anything outside the hotel. From the outside this hotel looks very nice and modern, but once you're in the room, everything changes. The furniture in the room is very old. The matress is flimsy, it may be more confortable to sleep on the floor. The TV is 20 years old. The food in the restaurant is very good, but the service is very poor, with not enough servers for everybody, […] and it is way overpriced. 阅读更多信息

Airport pickup was frequent and well handled. Hotel was ok, no problems but no pleasant surprises. Reason to stay there is proximity to airport and good, free shuttle service to airport.

A typical soulless airport hotel in an isolated location. Free shuttle bus and convenient for a quick overnight stay, but no longer than that. In summary: it serves a purpose.

O hotel é perfeito para qem precisa pernoitar perto do aeroporto. Confortável e com um eficiente serviço de transfer de e para o aeroporto de Guarulhos, é totalmente funcional para executivos e viajantes em geral.

O atendimento é profissional, fica muito bem localizado em relaçao ao aeroporto de Guarulhos, os quartos sao amplos e aconhegantes.

O hotel, alem de mal conservado, cobra preços absurdos por qualquer serviço. O preço de uma 'água mineral' é equivalente a 5 ou 6 vezes o preço de mercado. É um hotel velho, com camas ruins, toalhas velhas, banheiro ruim, que cobra preços de um hotel 5 Estrelas.

Simples, parece hotel 2 estrelas, equipe lenta e desmotivada !

O Hotel, esta muito bem localizado, e atende as necessidades, sua instalções, são muito boas. somente, esta deixando a desejar, o serviço de chek in e chek out, com uma fila enorme, e um pessdoal, nada preocupado, com o tempo, lamentavelmente, na 4a. feira a noite parecia operação tartaruga, e Domingo a tarde, tambem, graças a Deus eu só tinha que apanhar […] meu carro no estacionamento. porque se tivesse que fazer Chek in desistia, voces tem registro dos hospedes, deste periodo, consulte mais alguem, tenho certeza, voces vão ter surpresas Repito, não tenho reparos, com o pessoal do Hotel, somente o serviço de Chek in, que deveria ser talvez mais simplificado, ou colocado, mais atendentes, porque 10,00 horas de uma 4a. feira, demorar, quase 1 hora para ser atendido. é muito, façam consultas obrigado Ailton 阅读更多信息

Como moro na z. sul de SP e tinha um voo logo de manha, resolvi dormir no hotel para ja acoradar do lado de Cumbica. Perfeito! Atendimento otimo, conforto garantido e onibus cortezia ate Cumbica. Perfeito e bem localizado.

Ótimo hotel! Ainda oferece translado grátis do aeroporto e quem vai viajar para São Paulo a negócios fica bem perto das locadoras de veículos. Recomendo!

Excelente Hotel!

這裡離機場近, 但維一缺點是晚餐的自助餐非常昂貴, 但吃的還好.

Foi em uma oportunidade que conheci esse excelente Hotel.

Estadia tranquila, serviço de qualidade e tarifas compátiveis com o nível do hotel e serviços prestados.

Hotel muy práctico. Camas chicas (cortas).

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe vom Flughafen, was wichtig für uns war. Das Zimmer seh schlecht, und in der Matraz waren Tiere, Flöhe oder ähnliches, die uns ganz gestochen haben. Gas Frühstück, mittelmäsig.

Considerado o bom nível do hotel, deve ser anotado apenas em seu desfavor, que o atendimento e a qualidade da carne grelhada não foram satisfatórios.

As portas dos quartos sao muito pesadas, portanto todas as vezes que outro hospede, chega ou sai voce é acordado com o barulho, no resto tudo muito bom.
