"Excellent location and good choice for families"

I stayed overnight with my 3 children ages 14, 11 and 7. We requested a room change as the one we originally had (217) had vibrations from the ice machine a floor below. The staff were courteous and responsive. The only complaint I'd have is that the jacuzzi in the pool area was filthy.
