Blanket had cigarette burns, no waste basket in bathroom, noisy refrigerator and light on smoke detector to bright

Nothing fancy here... the towels are not soft and feel somewhat exfoliating. Luckily I brought my own shampoo as nothing but a bar of soap was provided. Basic. Not the best.

Could use some remodling. The price is good though.

I arrived late in a pooring rain after having worked all week in San Francisco. I was looking for a nice hotel for my family to stay in while we were visiting my mother in law. It was my 3 young kids 6 years, 2.5 years, and 4 months old and my spouse and I. Looed nice when we pulled in quiet neightborhood. When we got in the front desk clerk seemed like she was in a bad mood blew it off as it was 11:30 a night thought she may just […] be tired. Got to our room looked nice but reaked of cigarettes in the elevator and hall. Sat on the bed and instantly knew no one would sleep good on the beds as they were hard and the pillows were FLAT!! Well my spouse slept with our 6 year old and my 2.5 yr old, 4 month old and I slept in the other bed and my spuse and I were so uncomfortable the 2 nights we were there. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Not the best I've stayed in. But compared to surrounding hotels I prefer this one. Cleaner and when I request non smoking I don't come out smelling like smoke anyway. Wish they'd consider changing the shower heads though..horrible pressure that sprays every direction

Staff has got to do a better job of cleaning, we found empty cigar packaging (was a nonsmoking room) and condom wrappers in nightstand drawer, also the dresser was in need of repair, i found the bed to be super solid. i expected more for the price we paid, however the use of small kitchen was nice, could use more uteniles like a wine opener, being so […] close to Napa and all. 阅读更多信息

Overall, the place was clean and service (at the desk) was good. It was a bit shabbier than I would have expected. Obvious holes in the bedspread and a lack of maintenance on simple things gives one the impression of a general decline and lack of interest in the place. Bed was way too hard--like a board with a sheet over it

Decent place to stay. Nice staff, clean room, cozy bed (minus flat pillows) and close to everything.

I have one more night to stay in this hotel, and if it wasn't for the no refund policy I would've changed hotels. The entire place stinks and the rooms are worse. Our room stinks like human urine, and the bed stinks like the linens have never been changed. The bed is hard as a rock, so forget a good night sleep. The worst part is how close you are to […] the freeway. Hearing sirens all night and constant traffic will definately make for a non sleeping night. I asked the front desk person at least three times to get the phone repaired or replace. Each time I was told the engineer was on the way. Yea right. Other than that it was a decent stay for the price.

My room was advertised as non-smoking but the hallways reeked so badly that I could smell it in my room. The bed was hard. The staff was helpful when needed and the location was very good for my needs.

A great place with perfect service. Could not ask for better. Will stay there again and again!

Don't expect much if you booking this hotel. You get a small and uncomfortable bed, probably the cheapest mattress you could buy. Cheap and uncomfortable linens as well. There were no amenities, not even shampoo in the bathroom, although I doubt I would have used it. The towels were cheap, rough on the skin. The decor and tv are dated not modern at […] all. We only stayed one night and didn't require the use of the very basic kitchen facilities (they were a bit sparse - missing items). Limited pillows - 2 very "empty" ones serving no purpose. Location was best feature.

I read the reviews. Most of them were good so I thought it would be a great selection as a place to stay. I guess those reviews were from years ago because none of them were accurate. This was nothing more than an expensive Motel 6 w/a kitchen. The outside of the place looked very updated & nice but once in the room, forget it! It was VERY outdated. […] Never has seen an upgrade since built. The bedspreads were thin & wore out & with alot of hair on them, the room throughout was dirty, walls were dark & dingy, carpet thin & wore out, found a bug in 1 of the beds (couldn't catch it due to it's speed), pulled beds away from wall to check for bed bugs, it was filthy behind them, shower curtain smelled spoiled & moldy so it made the room smell too. Other than that, Great Place. Smoke Alarm covered by a plastic bag by previous guest. but otherwise fine.

By looking at the outside of the hotel I thought it would be a nice place to stay but to my surprise it was a nitemare. Customer service was aweful, the beds were compariable to sleeping on a rock, and the people who were staying there were more like vagrents then business travelers. The hotel itself was in a great location, right off of I-80, with major shops and malls in close proximity. The staff was kind and helpful with directing me to where I needed to go for certain things, as I am from the East Coast. The rooms were spacious and clean, as well. The rooms were disgusting. Dirty floors, holes in bed covers, dirty sheets.Non challant service. I made them change my room twice before I was at the point of not cringing anymore. Spend less money and stay at the Motel 6. For the money I paid I would have expected clean rooms and free internet at the least. They charge for internet and the rooms are […] dirtier than a crack house. I do not care how close it is to the State Board testing site I will never go back there. Great bargain for this area .......... about 15-20 min from Napa/Sonoma Valleys ..... hotel in great shape. No daily maid service but who cares? Nice to have the kitchenette available. Very helpful staff.

Very rude staff-rude from check-in to check-out. Room was DISGUSTING! Stayed there because it was closest hotel to take the Cosmetology State Board test. There are other hotels that are not that far away-stay at them instead. At check-in was told that because we were here to take the Cosmo test we would get extended check-out time (12:30 instead of […] 11)-they locked us out of our room, cleaned our room and took our food-all before 12. Didn't apologize, didn't care. Called to inquire about a wakeup call shortly after getting into room-told they don't do that "but feel free to use your alarm clock, you're allowed to use that to wake you up." Bed wasn't made-had lumps all over it-the sheets were clean, bed was like a rock. The recliner in the room had stains all over it and was worn and tattered-didn't walk around barefoot-the carpet was dirty. The sink in the "kitchen" had foul smelling water-smelled like sewer water. I always stay at the Extended Stay America when I visit my son in Fairfield. The front desk staff is always helpful and having a laundry room is absolutely wonderful. There are lots of places to shop for food and incidentals and the mall is just a few minutes away. This was a large room with double beds- the convenience of a kitchenette with a full sized fridge, toaster, and stove top- great for a long stay- quiet. Gas station next door with mini mart and small shopping center on the other side of hotel.

Some of the towels that we got were pretty stained - they should watch for those things.

This hotel does not beleive in Made service. They only clean your romm once a week If you are lucky. This place is nice if you are there for more than one day then you will have to put up withno made service.

We had a very short stay at the hotel. Our room was fine. I wish we had a few extra pillows (only two for a queen bed). Also, I guess they expect guests to bring their own toiletries because there weren't any in the bathroom - not even soap. Other than that, things were ok & the location is very convenient.

not only was it clean, they had a refrigerator, microwave, coffee, stove, everything!
