Our stay at this hotel was great! The staff was accommodating and friendly and the facility was in great condition. Very enjoyable.

I booked this hotel because it was well located to my travel and it was a non-smoking facility. However, be very careful. When I arrived the room smelled of smoke and when I got my statement I was changed a $500 penalty for smoking. I don't smoke. At check-in I was told the hotel provided a full breakfast with bacon and sausage. When I got to breakfast the next morning, though, there was no bacon OR sausage. When I asked the lady in charge, she said, "Oh, hon, we serve meat every OTHER day." What? Anyway . . . The room was very nice, but it was non-smoking and it smelled of smoke. The location of the hotel was perfect for my rail runner trip into Santa Fe,to Rio Rancho and Albuquerque.

Clean, reasonably priced, pleasant--Holiday Inn Express is pretty consistent.

very nice place to stay on our trip to Utah. we have used this hotel before and we will use it again.

This hotel is modern and clean. It is great to wake in the morning and have breakfast before you head out to the soccer fields. If you want to gamble at night, Santa Ana is close by to enjoy the night.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The blackout drape worked well and towels were ample in supply. We used the spa and it was nice. The pool is an indoor one and a family of five were cavorting in it while we were in the spa. They were noisy but having a good time, so we were not disrupted. […] We ate the free breakfasts every day of our five day stay. The room was very cleam and comfortable (love the soft pillows). I was supprised that the Breakfast was not only contental but also included bacon, eggs & biscuts & gravy. Great breakfast! The only downside was the pool was freezing cold & the hot tub was way too hot at 102. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel.
