"Disappointing"

Hotel was clean and the staff friendly however the major disappointment was that I booked the hotel as it said it had a gym, Turkish bath and jacuzzi. Unfortunately the gym was very poor with the majority of the equipment either broken or in a very poor state. On my first day I went to use the jacuzzi and it had no water in it so went and asked reception […] what was going on. They told me that the jacuzzi and Turkish bath were only available to guest between 6pm and 8pm at night. Not what you expect for a 5* hotel. when the jacuzzi was filled up between 6 and 8 the water was cold and it stank as it had obviously not been used or cleaned for a while. The Turkish bath also smelt badly. Their the plus side the breakfast buffet was very good. 阅读更多信息
