由 Hotels.com 住客于 2011年06月14日发表评价酒店很舒适，就是远离市区，出火车站坐11路可以到达，酒店可以买车票，电子车票还可以免费帮您打印，早餐非常好，自助餐能吃到撑，房间很干净，使用很方便，就是隔音不太好，有时能听到隔壁在干嘛，不过欧洲酒店的隔音都不太好，所以也就正常了。

"Lovely friendly hotel in central location"

We had a lovely stay, 2 things we thought would improve the hotel were the beds and pillows were a little hard and an alternative restaurant - more gastro pub style would have been useful. Overall very happy - all the staff were delightful, helpful and friendly.

Greet location and awesome staff. They all are professional, helpful and attentive. The only reason I gave this place 4 and not 5 stars is their rooms which is in need of upgrade even though comfortable.

Due Torre is an old style hotel and an old hotel. Service is excellent and the included breakfast is wonderful and can really carry you through a good part of the day. The location is central and wonderful, a short walk to everything in Verona. The only negative comments are the size of the room (small) and the elevator was barely big enough for 4 people. I have stayed in their hotel in Firenze and chose this hotel because of the brand. While the hotel was nice, it is showing some wear and tear and the staff was not quite up to par.

It is supposed to be the best hotel in Verona. The location is excellent, closed to everything, and the building itself has its own charm. However, as a five-star hotel, it falls short of expectations of those who have stayed in other five-star hotels--such as Four Seasons in Milan or Prague, or The Claridge's in London. ベローナの中心地のため、エルベ広場・アナタシア教会・ドーモや川沿いの散歩など，何処へ行くにも大変便利な場所にある。 ホテル内はクラシックで古都の雰囲気が感じられる落ち着きがある。一方ホテルステイとしては幾分制約が課せられるのはやむを得ないか。

trés agréable hôtel, trés bien situé, proche de tout à pied, calme, chambres agréables, personnel présent et souriant. Petit déjeuner trés varié et trés complet. Parking trop cher à 30 € la nuit, mais il parait que verone est cher en parking! je conseille de prendre le risque de se garer derrière la cathédrale.

L'Hotel ha un ingresso bellissimo con ampia sala, le camere sono un pò vecchie e necessiterebbero di essere rifatte. Lo stato di manutenzione è assolutamente inadeguato per un 5 stelle, lampadine rotte, box doccia che balla, parti non funzionanti come si deve, tappezzeria con odorino...

Som et 5 stjernet hotel - og et dyrt et af slagsen var det en meget skuffende oplevelse. Værelset var lille med én lille stol udover sengen og altså ikk et sted hvor man kunne slappe af efter en lang dag i byen mm. Når dertil kommer at lounge mm ofte var optaget af konferencer, møder mm, hvor der ikke var plads til hotellets gæster, så var der ikke […] nogen muligheder for at slappe af. Terrassen som var fremhævet på hotellets hjemmeside, var fyldt med vand og blev først 'tømt' efter henvendelse. Man skulle ned i loungen for - muligvis - at finde en tjener. Dette var ikke altid muligt, hvorfor man måtte i receptionen for at få service. Alt i alt en skuffende oplevelse og absolut ikke pengene værd.. 阅读更多信息
