We had a wonderfull quiet Xmas time @ the Nappamermaid hotel. Very thoughtfull service. Nappamermaid has a good, slightly pricey restaurant excellent breakfast with a more then goid variety on dishes. Their location is on a good 15-20 min walk from Ayia Nappa, where you can find more restaurants. A walk along the beach to the restaurant is great ! […] Especially restaurant Abacus was worthwhile to mention. A must see is in the neighbourhood is Protaras beach. If you are not in a hurry, you can take the bus, but you will see more by car. We had a leakage from our bathtub to the room downstairs. The handyman fixed this immediately in the morning. The towels were forgotten one day but immediately brought up to the room after a phonecall. There was a very good Xmas diner and we had free champagne during breakfast. The staff organized a small free Xmas drink. The hotel has a small clean pool and sauna downstairs. The jacuzzi and showers overthere can use some upgrade refurbishments. There is free wifi in the lobby. If you are looking for a nice quiet time @ Cyprus I would certainly recommend this hotel. 3-plus to 4 stars. 阅读更多信息

A wonderful experience in every way! Thank you Napa Marmaid Staff and Management! The staff is this Hotel's greater asset . Polite, attentive and very hospitable. The salsa night was so much fun and the meals through out the 5 days we stayed there, were most delicious, and with so many choices. We originally wanted to stay in Protaras at Capo Bay, but […] friends quickly prompt us of certain issues and we changed our plans. Stayed at the napa mermaid for my 30th birthday. The hotel staff were always extremely friendly and helpful, except for the pool towel lady, who is very set on the rules! The pool is definitely the main attraction, with lounges always availible and complimentary ice fruit and drinks served daily to guests. The restaurants are top class and well priced. This is a very well designed hotel, giving its guests a relaxed atmosphere and great service. It is designed mostly for couples and not for families - and I fount this to be very nice and matched (and even topped) all my expectations. The only "bad" things I found about this hotel: 1. breakfest was made of a base of "English breakfast" and then some […] more: a selection of cheese, cereals, fruits etc. It was OK but I expected a larger selection of cheese and fresh salads (rather than English breakfast) - being used to this kind of breakfasts in the middeteranian area. 2. the TV channel selection was a bit boring. Never could find anything to watch, but maybe its for the best (vacation is not for TV viewing after all) 3. The hotel didn't have a private beach but that was fine because the beach is really close and is very nice and has the feeling of being almost private. Das Hotel ist leider überbewertet. Die Gegend ist langweilig, das Hotel zwar renoviert, aber nicht luxuriös. Die Zimmer sind zu klein und der Fernseher ist winzig. Die Dusche wird von alleine kalt. Wer Luxus gewöhnt ist, wird hier enttäuscht.

Hotellet hadde flotte fasiliteter, rent og pent og en kjempeservicevennlig betjening. Anbefaler dette hotellet på det varmeste.

Удобное такxi-мерседес распахнуло свои двери и мы оказались у белоснежного отеля.Погода на Кипре в середине марта прямо скажу,не жаркая. А первый день встретил нас,семью из трех человек,и вовсе штормом.Самое время укрыться от непогоды в отеле и осмотреть все его достпримечательности. Холл достаточно большой и уютный.Множество мягких и удобных дивановдиванов […] и придиванных столиков.Можно посидеть с друзьями,а можно уединиться и остаться наедине со воими мыслями или ноутбуком - бесплатный Wi-Fi делает свое дело. Свежесрезанные цветы создавали ощущение пребвания на свежем воздухе. Прямо из холла можно выйти к бассейну, вернее, к двум - большому и детскому. Жаль, что температура воздуха не позволяла прогреться воде настолько.чтобы можно было искупаться. Мой сын,любитель поплавать,крутился вокруг "лягушатника" как лиса воруг сметаны,и сумел разве что игрушки искупать. Очень жаль, что воду не подогревают другим способом. Бассейн на открытом воздухе окружали удобные и мягкие лежаки на колесиках - их очень удобно передвигать, когда солнце меняло свое положение. Те, кто просыпался раньше, занимали VIP - места: так я называю несколько лежаков с видом на море. это позволяло загорать и лицезреть морской пейзаж. А расположенный напротив отель нисколько не мешал этому процессу. Расположение отеля и впрямь очень выигрышно. Любителям в жару испить сока или чего-нибудь покрепче приносят эти напитки прямо к бассейну. А тем,кто предпочитает в полдень укрыться от жары,можно посидеть в уютном баре,где вчером раз или два в неделю играет живая музыка. Можно уложить детей спать, а самим уединиться в этом местечке. Мы с мужем выбрали столик на двоих в центре бара прямо напротив рояля и создавалось впечатление ,что солист играет только для нас. Романтично ,непрада ли? Другим парам,напротив,нравилось уединяться на так назыаемых диванчиках,благо устройство бара позволяло это сделать. Отдельно скажу проресторан- он огромен. Verkligen ett fint hotell - lugnt och skönt vid poolen och mycket bekväma solstolar och fantastisk utsikt och bara några minuters promenad till stranden! Frukosten var suverän och lunchen vid de små "tältsofforna" med havsutsikt var jättegod med middag åt vi inne i stan (vilket inte var lika gott faktiskt...). Trevlig personal och en kort promenad till […] stan - men ändå tillräckligt långt bort för att slippa allt "stök"... Det enda minuset var en allt för hård säng - och när jag påpekade detta för receptionisten vid avfärd så sa hon att det bara hade varit att säga till så hade jag fått en extra madrass! Nåja, svårt att vara efterklok men ett tips till de som väljer att bo här och som inte vill sova på en planka! En liten trevlig "knorr" var de kalla handdukar och små djupfrysta fruktspett som serverades poolside på eftermiddagarna - mycket uppskattat och man kände att man fick något "extra! We have just had a wonderful stay at Napa Mermaid. The facilities and the staff were just fantastic. A service and kindness that made ​​the holiday very very good. The hotel facilities were totally amazing. Lovely seating areas both inside and outside around the bar area. The pool area was great with good sunbeds. The staff serving the bar at the pool was so friendly and sweet. The beach, located right below the hotel was very good. Beautiful sand and sandy bottoms and nice in the water. You did not really have to go anywhere else, you had everything you could wish for in both the hotel and the beach which was only a few meters from the hotel. Et virkelig flott hotel med en utrolig fin og god frokost. Vi bodde 3 stk på rommet og det fungerte greit. Safe på rommet og kjøleskap(Minibar) som man kunne benytte seg av uten ekstra kostnad er fint. Madrassene på sengene var noe harde men vi puttet dynene under madrassen og dermed var det løst. Noe overraskende for oss var glassvinduet mellom badet […] og sengene. For oss ble det naturlig å trekke ned persienne slik at innsyn ble umulig. Frokosten er det bare å ta av seg hatten for-utrolig bra og variert og GOD. Bare denne er verdt opplevelsen av å bo på Hotellet. personalet er veldig flinke og villige til å hjelpe til. Kort vei til stranden og mulighet til å ta med hotellets egne badehåndklær. Disse ble bytte hver dag dersom man ønsket dette. Egen trimavdeling med fast apparater. Til byen tar det 15 minutter å gå, flotte turveier og sykkelstier. Alt i alt anbefales stedet og vi kommer gjerne igjen! 阅读更多信息
