Great experience -excellent facilities, courteous staff. Restaurant Claravia is a must!!! Particularly enjoyed my midnight baths in the well-appointed bathroom. Rooms are well insulated making for a very peaceful night. Location is a short walk from town centre - price was very reasonable.

We got surprised by being expected to pay additional for our 17 year old son. They considered him an . Hotels.com knew he was with us and booked the rate!! It took a couple of emails to get the Hotels.com folks to get this straightened out. Eventually Hotels.com got the room for the agreed upon rate.. Relación Calidad Precio muy buena pero un poco lejos del centro para turismo. Como siempre el bufet tiene precio desorbitado pero el bar sirve un desayuno normal a precio normal. Recepción rápida y eficaz.

Hotel situado a las afueras de Valladolid, pero muy cómodo el acceso, muchas plazas de aparcamiento en los alrededores, zona tranquila y hotel moderno y elegante, con sitios amplios (hall, restaurante, etc.). Personal muy amable. Muy cercano al Museo de la Ciencia y a un MacDonalds. Ideal para ir con niños.

Stort set de fleste ansatte er gode til engelsk så man kan sagtens spørge el. forklare noget. O estacionamento cobert e impossivel de navegar com carros maiores e quem nao se despacha fica entalado entre os dois portoes de seguranca que fecham as ambas as saidas automaticamente. Nao existese intercomunicador para avisar a recepcao e escalar a vedacao pode nao ser opcao para alguns clientes.

o hotel é bastante bom e os funcionários da recepção também, os quartos são bons, está minimamente bem situado apesar de não estar no centro de valladolide, a piscina é boa, e o pequeno almoço tem bastante variedade e é bem acompanhado pelos funcionários. Aconselho a estadia neste hotel.

Oft reise ich mit meinem eigenen Auto durch Europa. wichtig sind für mich gut erschlossene Hotels mit dem Auto. Dies ist eines davon. Standartzimmer sind sehr klein für 2 Personen.

Cet hotel est de grande qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses, les lits larges et confortables. La salle de bain est de grande qualité, avec douche et bain et une très bonne robinetterie. L'accès Wifi est gratuit dans les chambres ... pas très rapide. Le restaurant de l'hotel est très bon et peu cher. Il est un peu loin du centre , 15mn à pieds.
