Oaks Seaforth Resort - 亚历山德拉海滩

We enjoyed our stay very much and the staff we very friendly also the gardens were excellent very well looked after and the gardner was very helpful regarding looking after the plants ect. he does a great job.

Not 41/2 star room average, floor covering poor. Service and position good.

Oaks Seaforth was a great place to stay, the landscaping is great with plenty of lagoon & pool areas for everyone to enjoy.

Excellent facilities, friendly helpful staff, close to the beach and eateries.

The old sofa bed in the lounge was horrible and uncomfortable to sit on. It smelled and had holes in the fabric. The hall outside our room smelled as well, and there were several food spills or something that were never cleaned the two days we stayed. The free to air and Foxtel channels had extremely bad reception. They were so 'snowy' you almost couldn't […] make out the picture. I had to call 3 times over a 24 hr period to try and get a response from the reception desk. Once I was told they would send someone up to see the problem, no one came. The second phone call that night I got the answering machine telling me they had all gone home for the night. In the morning I was told that "that is just what free to air and Foxtel TV is like, that's normal." I've viewed Foxtel in many other hotels and NEVER had a problem before 阅读更多信息

Perhaps we had a bad apartment, but it stank! The carpets were dirty. We were careful not to touch the bed covers! There was food smeared on the kitchen tiles. The quality control of cleaning must be awful. We arrived about 7 p.m. and were only there for one night. If we had been there for any longer we would not have accepted the apartment. We were […] careful to keep our shoes on at all times indoors to avoid touching th efloor The worst thing was the smell....something like wet dogs (yet pets are banned). The only thing wrong with this hotel is the pool is too cold to swim in! It was 26C everyday we were there and the pool was 22C. Way too cold.
