My room was excellent. The corridors and stairs were being refurbished during my stay, the stair carpet especially needed this. When complete this hotel should be very good overall. There were two points of concern: my room was away from the lift and main stairs, there a second staircase with an emergency exit sign, however this only went down to the […] breakfast room level, in an emergency, this would cause confusion. We stayed in the hotel for one night out of the planned two. It is under serious renovation and thus hardly functions. The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly, the free breakfast is tasty. However, there are some add rules (ie no washing your clothes in the room) Warning: if you arriving by car, parking is expensive. I also suggest parking at the lot at Placa Sao Jose I (a block away) instead of the lot they suggest. I am glad to had chosen Aliados. It has a great location and it was perfect for me, since I was travelling alone. The only negative point is that the elevator does not get until the ground level, so I had to climb a few steps with a super heavy bag. Besides that it was perfect. I intend to go back there.

Very central, Clean but shabby and well used! once an elegant hotel which is a bit rundown, noisy if on the main road side of the hotel -- However if you can cope with the shabiness , for the location and price I would recommend to anyone looking for a budget break who can isee past the hotels shortfalls.

The location of this hotel is great, just off the Praca de Liberdade and a a quick walk from the Sao Bento train station and Metro. The staff is very helpful. But there were two downsides to this hotel. First, the street facing rooms are extremely noisy -- there is a traffic light on the corner of the praca, and it sounded like the Indy 500 well into […] the night. Location is excellent. Staff is superb. Clean and ok breakfast. My only complain would be on the bed size. To small. But I know that it is as old times ... I recommend!

Hotel bien situé à deux pas de la Mairie et d'une station de métro. Personnel accueillant et souriant. Hotel propre. un - : les sols en parquets des chambres un peu trop bruyants.

Tyvärr blev vi bemöt av väldigt otreligt personal( Särskild en som hade eftermiddag och kvällpasset i reception). Vi hade fått rum mot gatan som gjorde att all ljud från gatan och trafiken var väldigt högt och jobbigt! Hon på receptionen ville inte byta våra rum fast det fanns lediga rum vilken vi fick av hennes kollega! On a reste 2 nuits et on general on etait satisfait. L'Hotel est vraiment tres bien situe, tout pres de la gare centrale, la vielle ville, le quartier de bars etc. La chambre n'etait pas trop grande mais suffisante. Le salle de bain etait tout neuf est bien equipe. Le petit dejeuner inclus est simple mais bon.

Êmplacement de l'hôtel idéal ! Au centre ville, par conséquent très très bruyant. Déjeûner banal. Acceuil médiocre. Chambre petite mais propre.

Nous avons été gentiment accueillis à l'hôtel. Seule notre chambre assez propre, nous a quelque peu déçue car la fenêtre au bout d'un couloir, donnait sur une cour plutôt sale et la salle de bain aurait bien eu besoin d'un coup de neuf , la chasse d'eau étant très très bruyante. A part ça l'hôtel est idéalement situé dans la ville.

L'hotel est tres bien situé et facile depuis l'aéroport. juste 1 changement de métro. Les chambres sont tres simple mais propre. Literie assez dur mais correct. J(avais une chambre donnant sur la rue, et pas de double vitrage meme eu 4°. Donc vraiment bruyant. Excellente situation dans la ville. 200 m du métro. Zone piétonnière. Shopping, et musées à proximité. De nombreux restaurants.Et bien sûr le Tage à 300m. Tram 28 (the famous one) à proximité. Boa relação qualidade / preço, óptima localização e disponibilidade horária, muito central em local muito bonito. Pontos fracos são o pequeno almoço e estacionamento na zona.

Es viejísimo, para llegar a la recepción se debe subir con el equipaje un piso por escalera para llegar al asensor y recién allí subir hasta el 2 piso donde está ubicada, la habitacion que nos asignaron era de terror, desde la puerta de entrada por la que debés pasar de costado, sino no entrás, entre la cama y la pared quedaba un paso de 35 cm. que […] debías atravesar para entrar al baño, un engendro imposible de describir, frío, con 2 ventanas inmensas que no cierran ermeticamente, sin agua caliente, en 2 días no nos pudimos bañar. hotel tres bien situé, prix correct, mais assez "vieillo",pas totalement propres(toiles d'araigné sur le lustre), pas les chaines de tele annoncées.

Hotel med perfekt central beliggenhed i Porto, og lige ved en metro st. dog lidt trafikstøj, men forventeligt af et centralt beliggende hotel. Ok værelse af ældre dato, men hyggeligt, og pænt og rent. Enkel morgenmadsbuffet ok. Høflig betjening i receptionen. Alt i alt et billigt hotel med value for money.

Op het meest centrale punt in Porto aan een mooie brede laan ligt dit middenklasse hotel. Als je oog hebt voor oude details is het zeker aan te raden, het interieur is gedateerd maar wel bijzonder te noemen. Sijainti ok. Lähellä Sao Benton juna asemaa sekä historiallista keskustaa. Ribeira ja joen ranta myös kävelymatkan päässä. Itse hotelli oli hieman "tunnkainen" ja aamupala ei ollut kovin ihmeellinen.

Koselig hotell i 40 talls stil. Godt Bevart med gamle møbler. Vi fikk rom ved resepsjonen, der det var veldig mye lytt. Vi hørte godt hver gang noen snakket i resepsjonen, eller telefonen ringte. Beliggenheden kan man ikke sætte en finger på! Men værelset var meget beskidt, især badeværelset var ret ulækkert! Når man tænker på hvor billige hotellerne er i Porto, så vil jeg nok vælge et andet hotel næste gang

Velfungerende air-con og gode senge opvejede at det var umuligt at stå med bare tær i badeværelset, da samtlige fliser lå løst. Morgenmaden og morgenmaden ok alt i alt godt til prisen.

Nous avons passe 3 nuits dans cet hotel , super bien placé pour visiter Porto, la premiere nuit dans une chambre hyper bruyante donnant sur la place aliados, pas de double vitrage et Tres petite, la chambre 307 en particulier est a EVITER, comme celles qui donnent sur la place je suppose. situation excellente pour un séjour à faire à pied ou avec les transports locaux . hotel dans vieil immeuble gagnerait à être rénové mais prix très raisonnables et personnels courtois

Location is great. But the rooms are cold, old and kinda shabby. Bed's were freshly done and clean though! So many better Alternatives in Porto at the same price level!

Très bon hotel, très bon accueil, personnel très disponible, très bien situé.
