The first room we had was not completely clean and there was a cleaning brush laying on the floor, no coffee maker and sugar all over the table. The bed spreads had burn holes in them. Not very appealing. Towels were not completely stocked either. I took the brush to the clerk and he was so gracious to give us another room. It was clean and ready for […] us! I got there at 1:30 am or I would have went elsewhere. I found it to be unclean and made me nervous.

the sheets were stained... when we asked for clean ones the lady stated she didn't have any available.. also 60 days after my stay, after paying through hotels.com my credit card was re-charged by the hotel!! watch your stuff!

"Older hotel and declining condition."

Several small things broken or in poor condition. Air conditioner was in semi-working order. Asked for a 1 hour later checkout after a 3 night stay and they were reluctant to allow it. Finally agreed to 1 hr request and still turned off card key at original time. Lesser quality hotel could have made a better effort to make customer happy.
