Overall nice place. They have a restaurant there, but didn't eat there. Free breakfast was nice. Coffee, waffles, eggs, breads and cereals. Rooms looked like they had been redone, but not by top notch contractors. Beds, sink and furniture seem lower to the ground for some reason. Just something I noticed. I'm average in height. I was great the only thing i left my iphone charger i call the hotel and they where going to send it to my home nothing yet

Comfortable older property and the management is doing as much as they can to beat the calender. Good meeting place for small to medium groups.

You get what u pay for. Very good for the money I paid. Only complaint is that they need 2 paint the room...esp the bathroom .. Looks dirty due to walls having mold in bathroom cause of steam and being humid florida.however no bugs! And good breakfast!

Hotel run down and worn.

Carpet was dirty, bathroom smelled, windows were not clear, door to enter the hotel did not lock; no key was necessary to enter the hotel but key was supose to be used, small breakfast room and no seats available when I was there. Breakfast variety was good for the price, Wifi included

We had a nice one night stay. Conveinent to lots of dining. Very quick and easy check in and check out. Friendly front desk clerks. Free wi-fi gotta love it. Cable and tv's could definately use an upgrade. Overall would recommend to others

The exterior is run down,but the room was nice. Nice pool area,lots of tropical foliage around it. Breakfast could be better.Restaurant was fine.

1. The room was musty smelling and very damp. 2. The carpet was so dirty we had to wear shoes. Otherwise, your feet needed washed every five minutes. 3. Bathroom tile was sticky. 4. Red deco pillows had stains- Yuck! 5. Coffee maker didn't work, unless the button was held down during entire brewing operation. 6. Hair dryer was cracked and didn't work. 7. […] Called management for another hair dryer. They said they would get back to us. Management was never heard from and we never received a replacement hair dryer. 8. Microwave did not have an accessible outlet to plug into in order to use. 9. Lamp on larger desk didn't have an accessible outlet to plug into in order to use. 10. Room was dirty. Besides the dirty carpets, obvious garbage behind the bed headboards and coffee(?) spills down the wall near coffee maker. 11. Cigarette butts all around the outside grounds. 12. This hotel has a very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the whole experience was not what I was hoping for. The carpet was SUPER dirty. After 10 minutes of walking around, I told my kids not walk around without shoes. The bathroom was nasty and smelly and the A/C was not cold enough. Will not stay again.

Other than the fact that it was conveniently located close to the mall and some of my favorite eateries. This was the worst hotel. I've ever been in. Stayed there One night.

Nice hotel for the price. Room was decent size and clean. Bathroon was small. Pool area was nice and the Tiki bar was hopping and prices were excellent for a vacation area.

Good for the price and a one night stay

Old facility, internet was virtually non-existent in my room.

We are a family of 4, two adults and 2 kids (10 and 6), we travel a lot, and stay at a lot of hotels, we try to stay on a budget, but go on extended vacations. We spent 3 weeks driving around Florida, this was the best value for the money hotel we stayed at for the whole trip, and we stayed at 6 of them. We chose interior hall entrance. Our room was very big with 2 beds and a chair, the pillows were the very comfortable, clean room, updated, bathroom had granite counters and shower enclosure. Dirty, smelly, nasty hotel. Never,never again.

Nice restaurant and tiki bar on site. Hotel is a little on the older side but is getting fixed up. Bathroom was all new. Breakfast was ok waffels eggs, etc etc. Pool is ICE COLD, but overall I would stay again.

Wait until they have finished remodeling before you go.

Nice room in tower. Good price. Good breakfast. Nice bar and entertainment. Renovation construction in tower closed upper floors but did not interfere with stay.

at check in the front desk gave me a hard time...the room was paid for and i had to supply 2 forms of I.D. not good...than the room was not very confotable....smelled musky...mirco-wave did not work...phone did not work....for a hotel of this size should of been better taken care of...bar and rest of the place was great...

After working 24 hours straight I arrived at the hotel, checked in, the front desk was very courteous, however there was a party, and there were 5 billion people in the lobby. I arrived at my room, checked the bed linens (as always) and it was clean, however I went to the bathroom and the toilet seat was up, when I put it down there was urine and hair […] on the seat, I LEFT right away, there were no other rooms available so I just left with my stuff and will NEVER return. Older hotel, in good shape and under going some renovations. Staff very polite and helpful.

Had to switch rooms when the AC didn't work. The second room wasn't much better. AC worked, but barely. Old and musty smelling. The property itself needs a severe facelift or maybe a bulldozer. Fountains are dry and cracked, metal door frames are rusted, etc. Also the perimeter lights and stairwell lights on my end of the building were out leaving a […] lot of very dark areas to walk in. This hotel was a great deal. Very c;ean rooms with microwave, small fridge. It is very close to Gulf Coast Medical Center where my brother was staying and so many restuarants nearby. It is not a luxurious hotel- but for the price it is very nice. The pool area is cute and my mom used the washer and dryers to clean her clothes.

The people were great. The breakfast is useless. They do the best they can with the existing facility, but it is need of some serious updating. The location and price made it worth staying there for a couple of days, and having breakfast somewhere else. Longer than that, probably not. I would stay there again.

Nice room, great location for us, restaurant was good. Our only concern was that the shower area looked stained, but it was clean… Breakfast was plentiful! We loved it and wanted to stay longer than we actually planed. We definitely recommend this hotel!

We were assigned to a room in the annex of this hotel. Room was located near busy road and smelly garbage area. Horrible d experience.

the only good thing I can say about this hotel is the location. it does not deserve 3 stars at all. I have been in a lot of hotels and never found a dead roach in the sheets of the bed. even worst my girlfriend found it and screamed. also the toilet handle was broken and you had to shake it to stop the toilet from running.
