Fifth Season Inn - 阿马里洛

It was good, met lots of new people at the indoor pool!

The hotel was amazing. The atrium serves hot breakfast every morning. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub because there were many little league teams so it was over run by kids. That is not your fault of course, and still it never deterred us from enjoying our stay.

Based on the pictures this hotel looked wonderful. The lobby gives you an impression that you will not be disappointed, that is until you get into the room. Our room had a broken bedside table, model on the ceiling, burnt covers on the bedding, the bathroom drain would not stay stopped, and there was paint chipping from the walls. It was kind of murky green in color telling me that they did not do much more then add chlorine once and a while, the hot tub was the same. Despite the low fee in which we rented our room & the fact that we were only staying the night, I would not recommend this hotel until proper maintance was preformed on it. 阅读更多信息

The room was poorly maintained. The carpet was stained, blinds in room broken, (which had to be covered with towels to keep others outside from seeing in). Despite having a coax cable TV setup the connection was too poor to see very little above a grainy picture (despite attemps to DIY). Showerhead was heavily crushed with lime buildup and dirty. The […] various patchwork on the holes in the walls was more important than the effort to paint over the putty, function over form I guess. When these issues were made aware, they were met with nothing more than a "too bad". If it hadn't been an emergency, I wouldve made more of an issue of not getting the value of what I paid for. This was a great place to stay. Very convenient right off the interstate. Nice

We spent one night at the Fifth Season. It is an older hotel, but our room was clean. The breakfast the next morning was good.

room are older some bad carpet and water damage in bathrooms, but they are clean with a nice indoor pool

The hotel service welcomed me with a smile. They were helpful in every way. The gentleman seemed to remember my face at the front desk. Which doesn't surprise me we stayed at that hotel two times a year for the last three years. In the 60s this was the premier place to stay in Amarillo. Now it is an old hotel and is sad to see the owners not keeping it up for old times . Alright for the price.

I thought I was getting a good deal on this hotel, but I will have to say it is not worth the money I paid for the stay. It was creepy, old, run down, gross, stinky. The pool was murky and there was standing water around the pool. The hot tub was disgusting! I have learned my lesson, I will only stay at chains that I know. This hotel is in need of some major repairs. We had a suite that the air conditioner had a burned mark on the outlet plate. We called maintenand and they then moved us to another suite down by the pool which was very noisy. In that room the bathroom light did not work and we had to call maintenance once again. The bed was comfortable, but there was […] no outlet plate for the lamp and everytime you moved on the bed the lamp would flicker. My room was spacious and clean. It had every amenity that a family would need in my opinion. The staff were professional and courteous. The only thing that I wish could have been different is the lack of variety for breakfast. We decided to eat elsewhere.

The staff at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. the rooms spacious, clean, comfortable and nice, the indoors patio really nice... we loved it!

This was a grand hotel 24 years ago. A lot has changed but, not the decor. The hotel does'nt look like it has been maintained in those years. The rooms were clean and comfortable although, the deoderizer was so strong I hate to imagine what they were trying to cover up. The staff was not very accomidating. We were sent away twice as the rooms were not […] ready. We were an hour early but, I'm sure the desk clerk didn't have a clue as to whether there was a room ready or not. Then we were given an occupied room. Very embarrassing for everyone. We were also sure that many of the "guests" actually lived there. Children were running around unattended, even in the swimming pool and half full hot tub. I say I would recomend this hotel only if your budget won't allow other options. Real nice and comfortable,family oriented. Enjoyed the weekend at hotel. Will visit again and again.

Not sure where to start... This is the worst hotel I've stayed at in my life. The bar in the middle of the hotel is closed, permanently, even though it's got a sign on it that says it's open. There were two gaping holes near the middle of the hotel which led directly outside, each hole about a foot wide and a foot tall. The room we were in was in […] extreme disrepair. Anything with paint on it was wearing off. Some of the lights in the room were burnt out. There were stains on the carpets. The closet door was falling off. This building in all likelihood hasn't been touched since it was built. Soda machine couldn't count quarters and ate my money. When I mentioned this to the guy behind the counter, he started questioning my ability to count the quarters I put into the machine, instead of just returning my money. After talking with the girl behind the counter, I was given the impression the hotel was on it's last leg, and may be closing down soon. Not only did the sign for the hotel have a ton of burned out lights, but so did every other building in the area. I can't help but wonder if the city itself is a ghetto. The free wireless they provided was the worst I've ever used. The speed was comparable to dial up, and the connection would randomly drop. They need to pay for higher bandwidth for a connection used by so many people. Not sure why, but the hotel room had three sinks. One in the living area, one in the bathroom, and one in the bedroom. tthe hotel had three stars on internet, but it was old , dirty and outdated. the ceiling was falling in the bathroom. the air conditioner was filthy. it was a very gross hotel. it was 12 midnight and we had been driving in snow all day, so we just laid on our blankets. horrible place

Hotel is older, but comfortable. Well worth the money. Our room did not have much hot water, it was warm. They worked on it all day and could not get it so they moved us to a room with hot water. Staff was very friendly..

This hotel is in the middle of rennovation, and is an interesting place. The service was friendly. However, the hot tub was murky, the beds obviously had not been updated, and the breakfast, while hot and free, was just pork sausage and eggs, and they were being served with the same utensils. Staff seemed unprepared to find our reservation and assign rooms. We had two rooms and one was fine and the other had a slight smell problem. The rooms were okay with no extras. I rate the overall experience at two and one half stars.

This place is just ok. The room was clean and larger than i thought it would be but the set up of the hotel is weird. It has courtyard in the middle that the entire hotel opens out to and my room opened into the part of the courtyard with a bar so everyone kept staring at me whenever i would leave my room. Also, pool is on the inside and entire place […] has a REALLY strong chlorine smell. The sauna is very creepy and i wouldn't stay in there too long unless you want to add a really strange chapter to your life. NOISEY BECAUSE THE POOL WAS 15 ft from my door and was full till 11pm.The door and two large side windows were glass so you heard every sound,even the service desk person,when people were checking.Toilet rocked side to side when you sat on it

What used to be a really nice hotel is now a run down, dirty trap. Don't be fooled by the nice lobby. The room had large stains and holes in the carpet. The overall condition of the hotel was horrible!

The location was convenient, but we happened to be there on a weekend when 2 significant conferences were taking place. Our room was convenient, but right off the atrium so it was very noisey. There were on a few handicapped parking spots and non were available for us. Our key happened to open the room next to us (or their door wasn't locked) and we […] "disturbed" someone who was in bed. New carpet and paint can't hide everything....including the mold eating the hole in the bathroom wall - the hotel cleaning staff did a good job, for what they had to work with, but i definitely wouldn't recommend this place!

It would have been nice to know that the hotel was having a wedding it was very loud and they noise didnt stop till 2am.

This hotel used to be a nice place but it has gone hill drastically. The bathroom was terrible, carpets were disgustingly dirty. We changed rooms, the tub didn't drain, they didn't clean the room. They forgot to leave us towels. It advertises that the room has a sleeper sofa, it didn't. The outside of the building and stairways were splattered with […] garbage, spilled stuff in many places. The hotel is not a 3 star hotel more like 1 1/2 or 2 stars. The non smoking room bathroom smelled liked smoke. We had to air it out for an hour before it was usable. Rooms were clean. Roof leaked very very bad. had a rain storm and the ceiling was still dripping the next day. hot tub rusty, not enough water in it. fake plants were very dusty, carpets in hallways were eaten up from chemicals.. this place has long term tenants. tenants were having a BBQ in back entrance walkway.making it difficult to get into the […] building. we stayed two nights had to ask for towels and maid just gave us the sheets to change our own beds. not recommending this place to anybody. It still need more renovating.

Room A/C would not cool the room down, front desk let me have 2 fansin the room to help try and cool Hotel it self was hot, and this is were they want you to eat and drink and socialize. Hotel is run down very poor lack of maintance.

We stayed by the pool and our rooms weren't the greatest, but they were perfect for us. On our way to colorado we decided to stop for the night and this hotel was a great price and was not to bad. The part we stayed in was good for us. We rented 2 rooms and they were just fine :) Would deff stay here again.

Very disappointed in the hotel. It was run down, the ceiling in the hall/balcony was leaking and the carpet was soaked. Our room had flies in it and we spent the first couple of hours trying to get them killed. The room was extremely hot when we arrived around 3:00 and did not cool down until during the early morning hours. With the pool on the inside […] of the hotel the main area was extremely humid. The cleaning crew came by to clean the room around 9:00 a.m. and was asked to clean it during the afternoon while we were out and since she did not understand English our room was never made up or trash emptied.
