来自 "北京" 的 Amy 于 2012年03月08日 发表评价如果专著于在Universal玩，是一个很好的选择。可以提前进入公园，买东西还可以帮你送回房间。去公园无论是坐公园免费的轮渡还是走着都挺方便，坐个船去吃饭还还算方便，虽然选择并不是很多。最大的不足是，去Universal之外的其它地方都很不方便，除非自己有车或者一点都不心疼打车。

Walk or take boat to Epcot or Disney Hollywood Studio's. This was great. Pool was perfect. The bed was the only complaint, it is sad when a pull-out sofa bed is more comfortable than the king size bed. Staff was nice.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left my family and I were treated with fantastic customer service. Friendly, clean, promt with all services, and we have milk allergies so they always sent out the chef to discuss the menu and even when we ordered room service the chef came on the phone to make sure there were no mix ups. I want to say the […] best part of this hotel was the pool. The super slides are something my 4 year old is still talking about. The pirate pool with the fantastic view :) I highly recommend this hotel to anyone without reservation. 阅读更多信息
