I called the hotel to pick me up and they told me the exactly place, ternimal 1 no.6 stop, to wait. i have to say i waited them for such a long time more than 30 mins. finally, when i arrived the hotel, i realised that the driver was also the receptionist at the same time. So he must be busy.

In a quiet location near Jean Mermoz Hospital on the east side of Lyon. 10 minutes walk to nearest tram/metro stations. We stayed in a 1 bedroomed appartment which had a double bed in one room and bed settee/desk/cooking area in the other. Cooking area included a microwave oven, 2 electric rings a fridge and adequate crockery. Very clean and a generous […] supply of towels/shower gel throughout the week! Perhaps a little small for 4 people staying for a long period but was fine for us. Reception were quite helpful but we didn't use other facilities. Free wi fi. Bonjour impression est bonne dans l'ensemble, le seul probleme, je suis arrivée le 26/04 à 21 heures et la réception était fermée, bref je me demandais qui allait me donner les clés de ma chambre, c'est en sortant de l'hotel que j'ai découvert un numéro d'urgence, que j'ai appele une dame m'a rappelée en m'indiquant la marche à suivre.
