Check-in for on-mountain lodges is located at the front desk inside the second building on the right, upon entering the resort. The front desk is open 24 hours a day for guests arriving Thursday - Sunday. The front desk is open from 7 AM - 10 PM for Monday - Wednesday arrivals.
For guests arriving after hours, there is a lockbox outside of the front-desk office which will contain a packet of information with the guests’ names. Guests should contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to obtain the pass code.
Guests can contact the property using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking.

I reserved this hotel because information on website indicated this hotel to be only 16 miles from Grand Teton National Park. It was wrong. The hotel was actually almost hour and half of local driving going completely around. I tried to cancell second nights stay and could not do that. I thought I was being ripped-off. "If you are a granola you will love this place"

It's in the mountains, a hiker or bike riders dream. I don't recommend dinner (bad service and bad food) but the breakfast buffet was good. There is no air conditioner so if you are a hot person this might not be for you. The temp is cooler though. It's 40 plus miles over a mountain to get to Jackson Hole so keep that in mind.

. The place is hard to find. I try to call but did not get an answer. Phone number is not listed. The staffs are nice and Horse riding is good, Ski lift for hikers is 15.00
