I had reserved my room online. When I arrived in Victoria I went straight to a family member's house. We went to dinner and I stayed at their house visiting until a little after midnight. Upon arriving at the hotel I found the front doors locked (hotel guests could enter with a swipe of their room key). After walking around the perimeter of the building, […] banging and yelling through bank teller like window I started to call the main line, no answer. After 10 min. or so I began to call other hotels in the area to find out that ALL hotels were booked solid. I had to go back to my family member's house and crash on their couch. I went back to the hotel the next morning....actually later than morning since I was standing outside "my hotel" after midnight....and asked the front desk clerk when the the actual front desk closed. Needless to say she said, never. I relayed my experience and she said the GM would call me as soon as she arrived. The GM called and was very apologetic and assured me that the occurence was unaccetable. My CC would not be charged and if I ever was in Victoria I would have a complimentary stay. I explained that I was unsure when the next time I will be in town the GM actually sent me a memo containing the complimentary stay spelled out. ---the reason for my low marks in the above rating system was becuase I was unable to expierence this hotel the way a guest normally would. 阅读更多信息

Hotel was very clean & convenient to access Hwy & get where I needed to go. I have a family reunion coming up in Dec. & will book again with best western thanks

Excellent value, great staff and breakfast, highly recommended

Very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!
