Put me into a superior room with canal view and overlooking Hard Rock Cafe. We had champagne on the balcony and it's just so relaxing. Room a bit small and the bathroom not spacious but that's typical for hotels in Europe.

The cutest place ever, with very very friendly service. They do their best to accomodate you anyway they can. The renovations to this 300 year old Estate is beautifully done and the Area is picture perfect. Very quiet and serene, perfect for a relaxing and/romantic getaway. Bus is very near to go to the touristy part of Lido which has the ferry to Venice […] where it is crowded if you like to see a lot of people. The people in the neighborhood are very friendly and hospitable. Overall a great experience. I would however go to the restaurants in Venice. The local food did not impress me as much. The few people who work there (specially Allen) is more than willing to help any time of the day or night. Thank you for the great stay!! 阅读更多信息

A pesar de nuestra experiencia inicial sobre el cambio de la reservación original, hubo voluntad de resolver el incidente. El personal es amable. La casa es muy hermosa y, si bien, está bastante alejada de Venezia, hay buenas comunicaciones (autobús y vaporeto) y tiene la ventaja de que el lugar es muy silencioso, aunque de noche la luz de los faroles […] exteriores es muy molesta. 阅读更多信息
