"Extra charges and linen. Not a hotel."

Reception is closed from 1300-1700',we had to wait in the car with our luggage until they opened. When we checked in we were given bags of bed linen and were told we had to make up our own beds! Room was clean but very basic. Went out to dinner and returned to discover we had no towels and with reception then closed we were unable to wash or shower […] that night. When we checked out the next day a lady came to check the room for the return of the deposit and made me take the linen off the beds again and put them back in the bags to take to reception. She also insisted that I get the mop and bucket and clean the floor but I refused and after a call to the man in reception she saidnitnwas fine. On check out I asked why we had no towels and he said that we have to rent them from reception but they didn't mention that at check in. I couldn't believe it. It should tell us about these things at booking. More like a youth hostel NOT a hotel. Won't be back. 阅读更多信息
