Microtel Tracy - 特雷西

Can't complain about anything for the price........

Very modern hotel. Close to the grocery and fast food spots, which is a plus; too close to highway which can be considered as minus, but no sounds were heard. The room was very very nice, I haven't seen such nice furniture and equipment in such class hotels. The pillows were not that great, but it was basically the only thing.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Cherie for helping me with my room location! I plan to return to this hotel to stay again!

We love this hotel and have been here before. It is so quiet. We love the inside corridors...feels safe and keeps it quiet. It has so many extras you'd expect only at an expensive hotel...business room fitness room, breakfast pool..and excellent service!

Room was large. Beds were comfy. Hotel was quiet. Staff was awesome! Breakfast just ok. That part of Tracy is a bit dirty, but hotel parking lot and right around hotel is clean. Really enjoyed my stay.

Room was clean but there are a LOT of extended-stay residents with kids. The lobby is their living room.

The rooms were ok once i got in it, but it took 35 minutes to check-in and there was nobody else there.

The girl that checked us in was very nice and professional.

The location of the hotel was ok, considering the town/city. However, the room was filthy upon check-in. There were crumbs on the counter(s), the bathroom had a dirty towel still on the ground, the coffee maker still had a used coffee filter in it, and the fridge had old food still inside of it. The bed was made, but I had my doubts as to if the sheets […] were actually changed or clean. The toilet was clogged and the shower-head was broken (streaming water across the room as the threads must have been stripped). The cooling/heating unit in the room was also not functioning correctly (couldn't get it to work in auto or manual mode). Everything about this room was absolutely horrible, and made my visit very difficult. I could not rest due to the room condition (lack of comfort from no heating/cooling) and thin walls (heard other guests talking and TVs all night). I will not stay here again, nor will I reccomend it to anyone else in my company who will be traveling to the this location for work. 阅读更多信息
