But had annoying habit of keep calling the room to ask if you need anything..I'm on vacation, leave me alone.

The quality of the rooms and exceptional staff service made a recent stay at the Marco Polo Hotel extremely enjoyable, satisfying, relaxing and great value for money.

The best hotel in cebu as far as I'm concerned, All the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcomed, I will go back again and recommend to all who are looking for a great relaxing time in a great and clean hotel, thnx again to all at Marco Polo.

The staff in all areas of the Hotel were very pleasant and helpful. A good number of them even took the time to memorize my name! There could have been some couches in the Lobby and some tables since I am a disabled veteran and difficulty standing for long periods. The view was great. Everytime I travel on business to Cebu City, I always stay at the Marco Polo Plaza Cebu City. Beautifully located at the Lahug district surrounded by lush greens and ideally located on a hill overlooking downtown Cebu City, Mandaue, Mactan Bay and the historic Lapu-Lapu Island. The hotel offers any traveller a nice peaceful experience way from the […] busy city center complete with all amenities... and I say ALL (spa, gym, pool, rooftop bar, restaurant). Though if you're expecting any convenience store nearby, this is not the place to look. Exploring Cebu City is just a 10 minute taxi ride from the hotel. Great place to stay in Cebu. The staff was very nice and accomodating. The room was excellent. Spa was amazing and cheap! It's a little far from the main part of the city because it's located in the hills, but there is always a cab. They also have free shuttles to the mall. 지은지 좀된호텔이라 시설면에선 조금 오래된면이있지만 아침조식과 셔틀버스운행등 여러서비스면 에서 좋았습니다. 다음여행때도 이용하고싶네요

お手頃価格だったので正直期待していませんでしたが、何もかもが想像以上で快適に過ごすことができました。今回はほとんど外出しなかったので立地は気になりませんでしたが、どこに行くにもタクシー利用という点は不便かな...しかし、外出しなくてもホテルライフは十分充実できます。レストランは朝食ビュッフェをはじめ、プールサイドのレストランもなかなか美味しいです。次回は屋上階のバーも利用してみたいです。プールもビジネス利用客が多いせいか空いていたので十分な広さがありました。シービューの部屋から見る朝日や夜景も素敵でした。また機会があれば絶対にこのホテルを選ぶでしょう！！

다른 호텔에 비해서 가격대비 좋네요.. 호텔도 깨끗하고 서비스도 좋고 1층에서 와이파이 잡혀서 인터넷전화기도 마음대로 쓰고, 한국인직원도 있어서 좋네요 인터넷속도도 빠르네요..

조식 포함이라서, 4세, 7세 아이 포함해서 4명이 투숙을 했는데, 아이들은 0-3세까지 무료이고, 4세부터는 어른금액에 50%을 받더라구요. 호텔에 따라 다르다고는 하는데, 다른 세부호텔(마리바고, 임페이얼 등)은 아이들이 거의 무료 입니다. 그런면에서 보면.. 아이들 동반 가족이 투숙하기에는 추천하고 싶지 않습니다. 거의 조식이 아이들 1인 400페소입니다. (세금포함) 그렇다면 아얄라 몰에 있는 메리어트에서 조식없이 투숙해서, 가족 4인이 조식을 사먹어도 1000페소 입니다. 훨씬 나을 듯하네요. 교통비도 안들고, 늦게까지 쇼핑도 가능하니깐요. 그리고, 투숙시에 한글로 별도 종이를 주길래 보니깐, 외부에서 음식물 […] 반입시 청소비 500페소, 저녁 10시 이후 외부인이 오면 500페소.. 등.. 여러가지 규제사항이 있더라구요. 어느 정도는 이해가 가지만, 적지 않은 돈을 내고 투숙을 하는데, 외부 음식물 반입시 500페소는 좀 납득이 안가네요. 시설은 깨끗하나, 인색한 호텔 이미지 남네요 阅读更多信息

미리 예약을 하면 이용할 수 있는 무료셔틀(it파크, 아얄라, sm), 비올때 요긴했던 무료 우산대여, 수영장 이용시 인원수에 맞도록 비치체어를 재배치 해 주는 센스~, 체크아웃 후에도 짐을 무료로 보관해 주는 서비스, 식사시간엔 부르기 전에 알아서 필요한게 없는지 물어보고 챙겨주는등... 참으로 만족스럽고 기분좋은 서비스를 빼 놓을 수 없네요^^ 마르코폴로 하면 음식맛을 빼 놓을수 없다고 하던데... 이용해 보니 왜 그런 말이 나오는지 알 수 있겠더군요.^^ 사람마다 입맛의 차이가 있기는 하겠지만 3박4일 머무는 동안 먹는걸로 실망을 시킨적은 없었습니다. 조식도 괜찮았고, 로비라운지에서 판매하는 케익도 좋았고, 풀바에서 […] 먹는 화덕피자도 아주 좋았습니다. 블루바도 이용을 해 보았는데 다 만족스러웠습니다.^^ 다음에 가더라도 또 찾고 싶은곳 이네요~ 阅读更多信息

세부시내여행할때는 마르코 폴로가 최고인것 같아요 탑스가는길에 있어 탑스와 같은 경치 최고!! 조식 뷔페가 정말 맛있고, 셔틀을 SM몰과 아얄라몰에 두시간마다 있어서 쇼핑도 좋고 마사지 샾들도 가깝습니다. 어차피 성당과 마젤란십자가같은 곳들은 데이투어로도 충분하기에 교통,위치, 숙박 그리고 너무 좋으신 한국 스텝들이 많아 불편함없이 지낼수 있었습니다. 5군데 호텔과 리조트를 갔었지만 객실컨디션도 상위였습니다. 수영장도 깔끔하고 망고모양에 너무 예쁘답니다.

部屋でインターネットが使えず困った。スタッフに対応してしてもらったがだめでした。ウォーターフロントセブシティでは問題なく使えたのに・・・・ というわけで次回からはウォーターフロントセブシティにします。

ホテルの場所は、小高い高台に位置しセブ島全体が見渡せる素晴らしい眺めでした。ホテルの従業員の対応も素晴らしく大変満足したときを過ごせました。

리조트안에서 세부를 즐기실 분들은 상관없겠지만, 세부 시내의 맛집과 맛사지 등을 즐기기에는 굉장히 좋은 지리적 여건입니다. 세부시내 높은 산등성이에 위치해있어서 경관좋고, 시내와 가깝구요. 가장 좋았던 점 중의 하나는 한국인 여성 직원분이 계셔서 매우 편리하고 친절한 응대를 해주셨습니다. 아이들까지 데리고 간 여행이라 여러모로 피곤하고 힘들었는데, 큰 힘이 되었구요.

Sebu City hotel facilities to find at this level is too hard. Cleanliness, hospitality, comfort, etc. .... The best you can say in all aspects. The downside is inconvenient because of distance and the city. And there are too many Koreans.

Was the best Hotel until they opened the Radisson Hotel in November 2010. The location of the Marco Polo is the only issue with this amazing place.

The service is good in general, however, there are some minor things which needs to improve, especially the house keeping. There were many amenities was missing in the 4 days i stayed in the hotel.
