Location is great, the rooms are large and comfortable and the service is good. On the down side the quality of food leaves something to be desired. The buffet took you back to the 70´s, the restaurant (Italian) seemed to have an intresting menu, unfortunatly I dont appreciate bland microwaved food. At first glimpse, this is a beautiful 'resort style' hotel. The buildings are beautiful and interesting. It is surrounded by two good golf courses... It is out of the town of Benidorm, with nice views. However, the truth is, that Melia have bought this hotel and it is NOT 5 STAR!! Yes it is comfortable and grand, but it is not 5 Star.. Due to the […] hand over they still have old adverts with older descriptions. Eg luxury rooms are now standard according to Melia, despite paying a premium for the luxury room. The staffing level, while higher than with normal hotels, is no where near 5 star level. This either needs to change or they need to recognise that they are a 4 star hotel. 阅读更多信息

Ya habiamos estado antes en el hotel y la verdad que esta muy bien. De todas formas la calidad respecto a la primera vez ha bajado. Reservamos el hotel principalmente por la piscina climatizada que tenia y ahora ya no esta climatizada con lo que no pudimos bañarnos. El desayuno tambien ha bajado de calidad.
