Careful! Despite several reviews, I reserved here for the single basic room and ended up above the reception, a dingy, dark, horrible place! No matter how much I complained, the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate. Full families vacationing on the cheap. 2 stars at the most (not 3). NEVER again.

Very pretty hotel with a great access to sea on grand bay. Private beach and friendly service. We got upgraded to better room due to over book situation (and as we only stayed few nights before continuing our travel) but all the rooms seemed clean and with all needed equipments. Easy to reach the Grand Bay boulevard with bus or with a taxi.

Best hotel for a medium price

The hotel is comfortable enough and fairly good value. It is located on a fantastic beach, and has great views from here. The rooms are big, but the decor is starting to look dated. The food is plentiful, but average tasting, and flies are a major problem as serving time. The front office staff are willing, but the team is let down by dire basic service […] in the restaurant. I also made use of the airport transfer service, but this was not great either, turning up 45 mins late for the return trip. Overall, possibly an okay choice if you go with the self-catering option and/or have a family. Other than that, I would explore other options first. 阅读更多信息

Mauvais entretien extérieur service de table et d'acceuil non professionnel pas assez attentif aux client

Отдыхали с мужем в отеле с 22 дек. по 02 янв. 2012. Отель в целом понравился. Претензий к питанию нет. Персонал очень услужливый. Все стараются, выслушать и помочь. Единственный негативный момент - это номер. Когда бронировали, на картинке был указан совершенно другой номер. По приезду очень удивились. Номер оказался очень мал, окна выходили на дорогу […] (указано был - вид на сад), что мешало реально спать. Поменять номер не получилось, т.к. в это время отель был заселен полностью. Tout s'est bien passé. RAS, lles chambres contemporaines sont biens. Si vous n'êtes pas à qqes € près, préférez les chambres avec vue sur la mer, vous aurez alors les pieds dans l'eau, une piscine privée...

Sijainti on hyvä ja skootterilla, bussilla pääsee mukavasti joka puolelle pohjoista saarta. Urheilua harrastavalle hotellin sijainti on loistava, sillä hyvin varusteltu kuntosali on aivan kulman takana. Kuntosalilta löytyy naisväelle jumppaa joka lähtöön ja vapaat painot isäntäväelle. Hotelli on sopivan pieni ja viihtyisä. Oma ranta on todella tuulinen, […] joten rasvaa nahkaan.. jokapäiväinen palaminen on muutoin enemmän kuin todennäköistä. Meillä oli comtemporary garden room, missä oli puolentoista neliön parveke puistikkonäkymällä ja pienehkö makuuhuone sekä lentopallokentän kokoinen pesuhuone-wc yhdistelmä. Das Hotel bietet ein sehr gute Preis/Leistungverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und beinhalten allen Komfort. Das Frühstück bot eine grosse Auswahl und hat sehr geschmeckt.
