Our room was large, well appointed, and attractive. Quite luxurious, really. The service was suburb and the staff wonderfully helpful. Our room had a window that overlooked the Sea of Galilee, which is good. What it not so good is that the beach view from our window was littered with tires and cans. Also, the year-round heated pool which figures prominently […] in the hotel's ads, was closed and torn-up for renovation by excavation crews. We were not informed of this beforehand and the constuction site was directly in our window's field of view right next to he littered beach. So as long as we gazed at the Sea and not the shoreline, our view was very nice. Another point is that internet access is an extra cost option at this hotel which seems petty for such an expensive and well-appointed hotel. Even so, the hotel's elegant interior, spacious rooms, spa, fine service, locationn and history make it worth considering. Despite the gripes, we enjoyed our stay. 阅读更多信息

Apparently this hotel was the 'grand dame' from years ago - we had a sea-facing room which was totally updated and met all our needs. The staff were very frriendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Hotel worked out great. Some of the staff was more helpful than others to give ideas of things to do in the area. It is in walking distance from the restaurants and shops in the area. The complimentary breakfast was fantastick! The spa was also great.

I stayed there for one night, first night in Israel and this place is great. It is in a fantastic location. From the staff at the check-in to Alon the Chef, everyone was exceptionally nice and accommodating. My one issue was that my "Double" bed was in truth 2 twin beds. This turned out to be a massive pain when they split apart in the middle of the […] night. If you are in the neighborhood, STAY HERE! The location on the Sea of Galilee is wonderful! The common areas are nice. The rooms really need to be upgraded, as well as the common corridors leading to the rooms.
