We arrived at about 10pm after having driven in circles trying to find the hotel and found the restaurant to be closed ! The pictures on the website were clearly not of the Campanile in Tours! Our room had a broken lamp (it was literally hanging together by cables). The faucet (tap) in the bathroom broke off when turning the water on. No secure parking. Coming South, Satnav not working. Confusing signeage took us in the wrong direction towards Chambray. Talked to locals for directions but still very poor signposting meant we took a long time to find you. Thereafter all fine.

"Acces facile, secteur calme"

Hotel en cours de réfection; ça sent un peu la peinture mais c'est plutôt une bonne nouvelle pour la chaîne Campanile.Hotel très calme mais nous avons séjourné en we; peut être plus bruyant en semaine à cause des travaux en cours.Petit dej copieux et très bon

hotel qui se renove. chambre bien amenagee, claire, plutot spacieuse. ( meme s'il reste des petits travaux à finir..) bon rapport qualité prix. bon petit dej, accueil positif.

"Campanile Tours: confortable et calme"

hôtel confortable et calme pour la situation. Le confort de la chambre n'est pas exceptionnel, mais très honnête pour le prix. Seule la SdB semblait moins bien entretenue (comme dans tous les hotels). Le personnel d'accueil a été très agréable, et a été à l'écoute de nos demandes.

El motel cumple su funcion perfectamente y es facil de localizar. La habitacion correcta y limpia, tal vez un fallo es comunicar las habitaciones entre si por una puerta que, al ser pequeñas, transmite todos los ruidos del vecino (eso ya es cuestion de suerte). Avisé por teléfono que llegaría tarde y me pidieron un código de cuatro cifras para recoger […] la llave en una máquina. La máquina no sabía nada de códigos de cuatro cifras, sólo de tarjeta usada para la reserva (no funcionó) o de número de confirmación (el de hoteles.com no me sirvió). En la puerta de recepción, apuntado en un papelito estaba el teléfono de emergencias, que nos resolvió. Al día siguiente, no nos supieron explicar. 阅读更多信息

Bon Accueil, Horaires du petit déjeuner en semaine pour les vacanciers trop juste. Manque de personnel le matin pour le service du petit déjeuner.
