This hotel was nicely located in Old Town within walking distance of great restaurants. This hotel was also within walking distance of nice night clubs. It was also very new, very clean, and the people were very friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Big rooms. Extra clean newer hotel across the street from Old Town entertainment district. Great staff - very accomodating for our wedding group. Vehicle broken into in back parking lot. Park in lot on east side of building.

This hotel is a great place to stay, with plenty of things to do around it, including nightlife, dining options, movie theatres, and a variety of shopping, all within easy walking distance. If you are traveling to Wichita for a fun time, stay here, it has everything you could want and the hotel is in great shape!

Great location if you want to go out and experience old town. Felt secure and comfortable. The shower was FREEZING, but that's my only complaint.

Noisy area, overpriced for Wichita, you have to pay extra for parking in an outside, unsecured lot across the street. Cars broken into. Street gang fight on the street below our room at 2:00 AM. no one answered the phone at the front desk while the fight was going on. not a pleasant stay.

The guest room is very big. Hotel is just near Old Town, very quiet in day time. Very friendly people in the hotel restaurant.

Courtyard by Marriott Downtown hotel is in a great location for anything in the Downtown area. Right on the edge of Old Town with dining options all around. The staff was very pleasant and really seemed to take pride in thier job. The only problem I had, and this is very minor, is the TV kept shutting off when we first got to our room and when we called […] down to the front desk they told us to turn the set around and really jam the plug into the set. They told us this happens quite frequently and it was an easy fix, but my complaint is if they know this is happening, shouldn't they do something about it and not expect the customer to have to call down and complaim first? 阅读更多信息

This hotel is a perfect fit for those looking for great food, fun bars, and wonderful shopping. Hotel I would say is a 3 but the location bumps it up to a 4. The gym is very clean and has free weights too.

What an awesome hotel to stay in! Staff is very friendly and courteous. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Convenient parking for guests.The morning buffett was delicious! Walking distance to downtown entertainment! I highly recommend this hotel.

If you want to be situated in the heart of Old Town, this is the place for you. We loved being able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The staff was excellent, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the morning.

Great hotel and I would and will definitely stay at this location again. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. I had to ask for directions more than once and they had maps ready and easy to follow instructions. There is an additional daily charge for parking at the hotel but I would highly recommend using their lots as they are so close and convenient. […] The hotel location offers many super close options for dining, nightlife and shopping. Everything is literally 2-3 blocks surrounding the hotel. My room was spacious, clean and the bed was heavenly. I did order room service from the Larkspur restaurant and found the food to be overpriced and cold. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was fast, easy and tasty. We had a Great time at this location better the the other ones we have stayed in locally, So close to all the attractions of Old Town restaurants and stores had a great time. Also the room was magnificent I would have to say twice the size of a regular room and had ll the amenities one would need. The hotel was very nice but breakfast wasn't included and over priced for what it was. There's not a pool but the exercise room is veery nice. For being a hotel in the middle of the bar district, right next to a liquor store and full of early twenties people in wedding parties they should probably invest in some larger trash cans for the guests.

I chose the Courtyard after speaking to some friends at work. They said it was a great place to stay downtown if you wanted to just get away for a night. My wife loved it. The room was what one would expect from a courtyard, nice, clean comfortable yet simple. The location was great. We could walk anywhere in old town from the hotel and it made for […] a nice weekend. Hotel is lovely, but we stayed on a Friday night and there is a dance club on the West side of the building that has a speaker outside!!! It was so loud we had to change rooms at 1 a.m. We were moved to the east side of the building and it was quiet, but what a pain in the you know what!

Highly recommend!

Overall, the room/hotel was clean and comfortable. Must pay $8 for parking, and when we returned to hotel after wedding reception late at night, there was no place to park because people going to bars took our "paid for" parking spots.
