Room is just okay for the price and blankets and comforters are itching....

This place scares you as soon a you open the door, there is duck tape holding the carpet down, holes on the wall, mildew in the shower, holes on the curtains and if you want to turn the lamp lights out bring a pair of plyers.

loud airport noise, loud street noise, very unkempt rooms, rundown, did not feel safe at this motel, do not stay here.

REALLY_BAD_STAY_AWAY

This hotel is not for the faint of heart. It's ugly, poorly maintained and overpriced. It's at best just a place to sleep in an uncomfortable bed. Don't expect much more than that. It is very close to Midway Airport ... walking distance of 7 minutes. No decent woman could sleep there, so save yourself the trouble.

Inexpensive hotel, with easy access to public transportation to get into downtown. Not fancy, just a place to sleep. would stay there again.

The Skylark motel is scary. Plain and simple. It gave us an uneasy feeling the entire time we were there (only 3 hours - because we just couldn't stay there any longer). The rooms are poorly lit and dirty, and they smell bad. We thought we would stay on the 2nd floor to get away from the street, but when we saw that the hallways and rooms on the second […] floor were even scarier than on the first, we opted for the 1st floor. The 'shampoo' in the bathroom was crystallized and only half-full, and there was a cigarette butt on the sink counter. This was the filthiest place I've ever stayed. DO NOT stay here. 阅读更多信息

This is the worst "hotel" I've ever seen. When I walked in about 5-6 people walked in behind me and asked if they had "hourly" rates. People were in the parking lot drinking beer from the back of a pickup.
