The Hotel Real is situated high on a hill overlooking the bay of Santander. It is a perfectly preserved gem of the early 1900s, with the detailed craftmenship that you do not find today. Our stay was fantastic. The first floor balcony view room was very nice. Other floors do not have full balconies. The very large bath was above expectations. The staff was great. The neighboorhood location was very convienent. I will be back!

I felt the hotel was overpriced and old. The main elevator dropped six inches whenever you got in, sounded like the cables would snap and kept passing my floor. The rooms had old TVs. The water facing balcony (which cost more) wasn't large enough for chairs. The fitness center was in another building and had ridiculous hours - doesn't open until 10am […] and closes at 8:30pm. Very inconvenient location to downtown even though we love to walk. The neighborhood is near nice enough homes, but there are no cafes or shops in the area. The breakfast was outstanding, however. The view from the hotel is great...but not worth the total price of this hotel. 阅读更多信息

One of best hotels I ever stayed in. Great service, sumptuous room, linens, location and views.

Tuvimos un problemilla con la habitacion nada mas llegar, llamamos a la recepcion les comentamos el problema y en 5 min, estabamos en una suite con jacuzzy en el baño. IMPRESIONANTE. Un hotel un poco anticuado, pero con mucho encanto. 100% recomendable, me encanto

hotel affascinante per l'arredamento e lo stile retrò, purtroppo la SPA è a pagamento e la domenica pomeriggio è chiusa

Het hotel is gelegen op een heuvel met uitzicht op de zee en de stad. De infrastructuur en de tuin is zeer goed onderhouden en het personeel super vriendelijk, doch minder gericht op een internationaal publiek. Voor de prijs zou ook het gebruik van het zwembad mogen inbegrepen zijn.

tres bruyant nous avone eu l'impression de récuprer la chambre dont personne ne voulait la preuve étant le petit carton d'invitation était au nom d'une autre famille. nous avons beau etre francais nous en demeurons pas moins courtois, silencieux , aimables et souriants ce qui n'est pas le cas du personnel rencontré.. quelle déception
