Very nice hotel and room. Copelands resturant was good, starbucks in hotel with shops nearby. Price of rooms seems a little high for what the hotel offers

Excellent, friendly customer service. Great room service. Excellent location with tons of shopping and dining in walking distance

Very nice amenities and location.

Our only complaint was the mini fridge didn't keep our beverages cold. It was froze up. We made a make shift one using the ice bucket. The Hotel and location are perfect. We had a lovely time.

The management was courteous and helpful. The room was comfortable and elegant. There is shopping and there are restaurants nearby. It's a great place to stay!

The hotel was very accommodating for our weekend trip. The bed was comfortable with fast and friendly service.

Lovely hotel and super CLEAN! The staff was very friendly and attentive. Check in/out was rapid. Can't wait to stay again. Southlake shopping is a blast!

Wonderful hotel!

We had a two day stay here, it is close to everything and the outdoor pool and spa was so relaxing!

This hotel is located in the Southlake Town Center. Amazing hotel. Amazing shopping, Amazing restaurants. Clean and safe area. Friendly people. The pool was wonderful. Kids loved it.

I used this hotel for an overnight stay during a two bicycle charity ride. It was very comfortable and relaxing! They have a small spa and they were able to accommodate me as a walk in after 85 miles of bike riding. The elevator for my side of building was out of order but it was corrected within the evening. It is situated in a downtown shopping square […] with lots of dining and shopping within walking distance. It can be very crowded and affect parking. But they do offer free valet too. Very nice hotel with great service. The Southlake Town Center provided great surroundings for shops and restaurants for the whole family to enjoy. I would recommend to anyone.

We had no hot water and while our room looked out over the beautiful Town Square, it was over the bar/restaurant and our walls vibrated with loud music and what sounded like the shuffling of chairs until 2 AM.

Located in the "Square" of Southlake. Lots of shopping and things to do. My wife and I have come here to celebrate two anniversaries. Will return in the future if the opportunity arises.

GREAT HOTEL! The view from my room was nice, facing the Southlake Towncenter. and I loved that there was a nice size balcony with 2 chairs and a table for enjoying the view! I was able to walk to many great restaurants and Barnes and Noble (Which is always great to have near a hotel for those who want new books or music for traveling!) Loved this hotel. We are quite particular about where we stay, and this place was amazing! Great value! Hotel should be charging much more. We also loved the shops right outside! A great little community. The hotel food for dinner was excellent, but did not enjoy the breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, I love that it is situated right in a lovely shopping center w/ a movie theatre and lots of eating options. We enjoyed our stay.

This is a must stay hotel if you are in this area. Close to shopping and lots of it and great restaurants, a nice park, fountain.

This hotel is first class in every respect. Friendly and professional service. Located in the Southlake town square, convenient shopping, entertaining and dining possibilities are right on your door step.
