Staff at desk seemed annoyed that I was checking in. He had a friend there talking to him so I must have disturbed them. Didn't say a word and handed me the door card...didn't even know where I was going but figured it out. Hotel itself is great.

It's the only reason we booked a room there. We got the king suite and were very pleasantly surprised about the very nice room and the very comfortable bed. We had a great night there as we visited our daughter at Bryant University which is right accross the road from the hotel.

Valets and staff were all very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable

This is a very nice new clean hotel with friendly staff conveniently located just off the expressway, but there is nothing around the hotel. The room was well appointed with comfortable beds and pillows, and large flat screen TV. Standard breakfast. Other than the Seven-Eleven, Dunkin' Donuts and an Italian restaurant there is nothing near the hotel […] except the several large piles of rocks and fields with weeds and peat moss. Since I had a car and wasn't there for only 1 day the scenery didn't bother me. Otherwise, a fantastic experience. Would definitely stay there again. 阅读更多信息

The hotel was nice enough. A typical Hampton Inn. The location was not ideal. There isn't much around the hotel. There was a free shuttle that operated until midnight on Saturday. It stopped running at 9:45pm on Sunday. The front desk person offered to pick us up in her personal vehicle when she got off at 11pm.

The hotel was close to where we were going, but when we got there the microwave didnt work and the people above us made so much noise until 4am even though we called the front desk, we couldnt sleep.

Clean room, had a pool and fitness room. Breakfast was just okay. Only complaint was...after a shower the tub was full and wouldn't drain for the next person to shower. I did let the front desk know during check-out. Not much surrounding the area DD's, pizza place and gas station was only shops close by.

Besides the hotel stay being excellent, the staff went above and beyond. My Wife an I had traveled to RI for a reunion and on the night of the event it was pouring. The hotel staff provided us with an umbrella without any hesitation. After our trip was over, we were halfway through Connecticut when we realized that we had left some clothes in the closet, […] we called the hotel and they immediately collected them and mailed them to us, so they had arrived at home a day after we did. I've stayed in other places before and nowhere have I ever received this level of service. We will definitely be back to this hotel again and anyone who stays in northern RI. should not hesitate to stay at the Smithfield Hampton Inn. 阅读更多信息

Not near anything except a peat moss plant. The room and bath were large and roomy, but things were not convenient. Such as a mirrored closet that was so well disguised we didn't realized it existed until we were ready to leave. A towel rack in the bathroom was mounted on the wall next to the toilet... Ouch! The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were very curteous and the breakfast in the morning was better then we expected. We would definitely stay there again if traveling to that part of the state. We highly recommend the hotel.

View not great but wasnt there for view. kids at OD camp at Bryant College so it was very convenient--2minutes down the road

If you're in the Woonsocket/Smithfield, RI area, I found the Hampton Inn, Smithfield to be new, clean and friendly. I found it to be good value for the money. I will visit again.

Clean, comfortable, in a safe location with friendly staff.
