If you are staying here, go for the club room as you get the breakfast and welcome drinks included in the price. Staff were polite and helpful. The gym and the spa are great. A bit far from downtown, but a nice 10 min walk.

Everything was more than perfect, only bad thing was the parking facility that was in the parking basement, but not accesible from a lift indoor, which was a little annoying in terms of suitcases. also the charge of wifi internet seems very old school, today when wifi is usually free everywhere. We had our 5th anniversary there. Everything was just perfect: place for a car, soft bed (pillows maybe too big, but ok for one night), very clean and breakfast was super!!!

It's a quite good hotel. The room was comfortable enough and the staff were somewhat friendly. Most of the staff weren't very friendly but not rude either. The breakfast is good with a lot of choices! The minuses are inadequate cleanliness of the room and noisiness. You should have ear plugs because the noise of traffic from the big street next to the […] hotel is quite loud. The worst thing was the quality of cleaning service- it's not of 4-star quality. There were a lot of stains in the carpet, which still is tolerable, but also on the surfaces on the furniture. Those could have been cleaned if the maid service would have been decent. This hotel is situated on the main shopping street in Helsinki, located a stone's throw from the Olympic stadium. The very heart of the city is a mere 5 minute walk away. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. Food in the restaurant and bar was excellent. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel and Location. Easy by tram (4 stops) to the centre of Helsinki and has a pool but shut at 8 pm. The large rooms are very comfartable and spacious and can easily accomodate 2 adults and 2 children. Great hotel! Good condition, nice rooms, comfortable beds (including sofa for kids), close enough to downtown.

Excellent facilities..comfortable room though the KIng Bed restricted access to bathroom and desk worksurface and there was limited drawer and hanging space for 2 adults... pleasant decor...the breakfast was superb with fresh food produce and plenty of choice and variety...the bar prices were a little high but then Helsinki is an expensive city to  […] eat/drink... 阅读更多信息

Recomendo vivamente. Todo o hotel e os serviços prestados são excelentes. O bar Fidel é um agradável local para relaxar, quando na rua estão -20º... Não tenho nada negativo a apontar.

Hotel af høj kvlitet med fitness, swimmingpool og sauna ligeledes af høj standard. Sporvogn til byen lige uden for døren eller kun et kvarters gang gennem en dejlig park til centrum

Hotelopholdet var ellers fint med det hele - undtagen at rengøringsfolk holdte 'ferie' ; sengetøjet blev ikke skiftet, minibaren ikke fyldt op, rengøring var meget sjusket -- men hvis man kan leve med dette... ligger hotellet fint - og har en supergym i kelleren.

Huoneilma tunkkainen ja tupakanhajuinen. Ensivaikutelma huoneesta hyvä, mutta oleskelun aikana löytyi paljon roskia yms. epäpuhtauksia. Parkkipaikkoja ei ollut tarpeeksi ja neuvonta sen suhteen puutteellista. Aamiainen ja sijainti erittäin hyvä.

Majoituimme upeaan junior-sviittiin 2 aikuista ja 2 lasta sekä 2 koiraa. Hotellin ympäristössä hyvä puisto koirien ulkoiluttamiseen. Lisäksi keskustan ostoksille vain 15 min kävelymatka. Mielestämme oli todella ikävä yllätys, että standard-hotellihuoneeseen, joka muutoin on täysin perusvarusteltu kylpytakein ym. eivät aamutossut sisältyneet hintaan. Kolmen hengen perheelle viiden euron sandaalit tarkoittaa hinnan nousua yötä kohden samoihin lukemiin kuin yö Helsingin sydämessä Sokos-hotellissa aamiaisineen ja aamutossuineen. Hyvin outoa […] mielestämme. Emme perheeni kanssa enää varaa crowne plazasta huonetta, koska noin pienestä mukavuudesta joutuu tinkimään. Myöskään tuohon standard huoneeseen ei ollut mahdollisuutta saada lisävuoteeksi muuta, kuin vauvasängyn, eikä Hotels.comissa ollut tästä mainintaa. Take a run around the lake just in front, use (for free) the splendid gym, do laps in the surprisingly large pool and then the large HOT sauna! ..and everything else was great too!

Junior sviten och allt som ingår i den, såsom lounge på 9:e våningen med gratis dricka och snacks, tillträde till pool och sauna, gratis internet och roomservice, gav en känsla av enorm lyx till ett väldigt överkomligt pris. Det enda som störde det perfekta intrycket var lite småskavanker här och där, som vittnade om att jag inte var den första som […] bott i det rummet :) Min enda riktiga besvikelse var att personalen i receptionen inte var proaktiva. Jag bokade först mitt rum för en natt och sen förlängde jag bokningen med två extra nätter. Dom kodade inte om nyckeln, så mitt på dagen nästa dag, så funkade den inte. De gav mig inte information om att man kunde gå med i deras kundprogram för att utnyttja rabatter och samla poäng för kommande vistelser. Det fick jag själv ta reda på. Bra hotel med utmärkt gym ! Rent fräscht o trevlig personal. Lite frågande till rökdoft men enligt personalen rökte folk lite hur som helst... Testade inte restaurang o pub men bra med folk. När OS-stadium om man skall se ngt där o 10 min promenad till centrum. Dyr frukost 21 euro per person. Rekommenderas gärna !

Kaikki lähes täydellistä: palvelu ja ympäristö. Myönteinen yllätys ensi kertaa tässä hotellissa olleelle, mutta paljon matkustavalle. Vain punatakkisen miehen käytös respan tiskillä alentuvaa. Olisi ehkä pitänyt puhua englantia tai olla kymmenen vuotta nuorempi.

Todella hidas kiinteä internet yhteys, aivan mahdoton tehdä töitä tai edes lukea sähköposteja. Aamiasella aikas tyly palvelu. Huoneet jo vähän kuluneita. Muuten ihan ok.

Ei ole moitittavaa. Ihanat näköalat huoneesta yli töölönlahden.

Отель очень понравился, даже не к чему придраться, недалеко от ж/д вокзала, в отеле хороший бассейн, в номере супер, короче РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ

olisimme toivoneet jotain pientä yöpalaa, olimme tosin niin myöhään liikkeellä palatessamme hotellille, että snack-baari oli jo kiinni, ja keittiöltä tilaamamme annos oli valtavan suuri - en tilatessani hoksannut kysyä sen kokoa. Personnel’s' attitude was surprisingly contemptuous in reception thinking of this level hotel. Some guiding of service attitude needed definitely.
