Good breakfast, good location, but not great value.

Not big, Not Small ... Just Perfect. We enjoy our stay since location is PERFECT. Good breakfast and the service from their staff you can't ask for more. I will back soon.

Very cute and cozy room. Very helpful staff.

Easy to find and close to all the designer shops. Only about a 3 minute walk to San Marco square and conveniently located to the vaporetta and alilaguna stop. Room was very clean and they upgraded our room for free and gave us a room with a view of the canal. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. it was on a small canal which was very quiet in the evening. You could easily walk to the water bus stop and all the sites. Hotel staff was very knowledgable. Breakfast was also quite good. Only wish they had better pillows but it seemed to be same throughout all the italian hotels we went to.

Good AC, Free internet. Pleasant staff. Nice view of small canal. Not much of a lobby or gathering space. Expensive for what you get. All was acceptable.

This was a great place to stay with family. the room was large and had a trundle bed that closed up into a pretty day bed when not in use. The old building was restored to a tasteful clean decor. The airconditioning and plumbing were great. Its a bit hard to find unless you spring for an E80 taxi from the train station, but not impossible. Breakfast […] was included. I mainly choose this hotel because of its location. The Hotel was nice but really not worth of money, specially, while being there, I found many better hotels in town with better price.The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Our room was spacious and comfortable, overlooking a small canal. We arrived by water taxi directly at the front door. It is possible to take the vaporetto with a short walk as long as your luggage is minimal (there are several bridges you must cross. Great hotel in very convenient location ,hotel staff were very helpfull.

The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The staff were very accommodating and made the stay better. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and that we enjoyed our vacation. We'll definitely stay there during our next trip. Other bonuses included: -Great location -Free wifi -Free breakfast (very good) -AC that works well

Wonderful hotel. Wonderful staff. Wonderful location. They gave us a top floor room overlooking the small canal. Very romantic. Huge room for Venice. The big thing however, was the staff. Simple great hotel in the hart of Venice. Honesty bar on the roof is just perfect place for a night cup.

Hôtel correct pour un 3*. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de bar pour boire un verre ou un café ! Presonnel très aimable.

Sensationell verständnisvolles Hotel für Kleinkinder - rund um die Uhr Service wie beispielsweise Flascherlwärmen um Mitternacht kein Problem!! Durch die 3 Minuten Gehwegentfernung zum Markusplatz ein tolles Hotel für Jungfamilien

Magnífico hotel, funcionários educados, simpáticos e atenciosos (principalmente o Tomazzo), localização perfeita, à beira de um pequeno canal a poucos passos da pça de san marco. Recomendadíssimo, ficarei novamente neste hotel quando voltar a Veneza.
