Off the highway in Lévis has great amenities and heated parking at an extra charge. Well worth it, when it snows. The on-site restaurant is an A- Plus as the food and service is of great quality. Small gym and spa offers nice options for travellers.

Great experience. Its fairly priced for the quality of the service you get.

I wanted somewhere close to the old city of Quebec but without the hassle of driving in to an unfamiliar and possible difficult place for cars. Levis was the alternative and the Sheraton llived up to its expected reputation without the price of an old city stay. The hotel is brand new. we stayed there for three nights with my wife and two kids. I think the management should think about a small fridge in every room. and what was weird that the housekeeper did not replace the coffee and tea properly for the coffeemaker (one day the coffee was missed and black tea was missed the other day). Beautiful, new hotel with great accommodations EXCEPT you can't call the outdoor "plunge space" a pool. I know we're up north but it's way too small to be called a pool. My kids were disappointed.

We chose this as a stopping point when traveling from Nova Scotia to Ontario. Very conveniently located right off the Trans Canada Hwy. Modern, new hotel, nicely decorated, great restaurant on site and good service. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this hotel! The info on hotels.com was spot on. Nice polite service, the rom was immaculate and the beds were super comfy! All in all a 10 out of 10 stay! Our only complaint was we tried to book another night on way back through and it was fully booked!!

While it is across the river, it is a great value. A short drive to the ferry across the river to downtown Quebec City. Brand new hotel. Very clean. Good breakfast restaurant (Cora) right around the corner.

the toilet had some problems, should have been fixed. the low quality of the furniture is starting to show.

Best accomodations weI have ever stayed in. High ratings in all categories. Loved the King size bed and the Bathroom was the ultimate best ever!!! Never used the beautiful tub, but did appreciated it!! just the same.

I went on line to choose a hotel since 6 family members were taking a tour of Quebec. Never have been there before but wanted to be close but not in city as we knew it would be expensive.The hotel was very clean people were very nice and the rooms were so nice. My husband , my 2 boys and a friend absolutely loved this hotel. Beautifully decorated, great beds, and fabulous washroom. The soaker tub was heavenly. The room was very, very spacious. The staff was great. We are looking forward to our next stay there.

Stayed here on the way back from Nova Scotia. Excellent location close to highway. Hotel also provides free shuttle service to the Levis-Quebec City ferry. Outdoor pool is small but it is heated and the kids loved it.

This hotel is about 20 minutes drive from the attractions in Quebec City but comes with free parking. This is a newer facility with modern room and bathroom fixtures. Excellent hotel for families with swimming pool and a gym. Close to restaurants.

I have stayed at this hotel several times, alone and with family. Each visit has always been a pleasure due to friendly staff, clean rooms. The bathrooms are a very comfortable size as well as the rooms. With a free shuttle to the ferry, this adds to the comfort of travelling. The pools are smaller than they look in the picture, just a heads up.

When I booked this hotel I didn't have a correct idea how far it was to old quebec city. we had to either drive to city, about 20 miles or more each way, or drive to the ferry, pay $10.00 parking and $6.00 for each of us to go and comeback and depend on the ferry's schedule( waitings and no ferry after certain hours etc..) Hotel had a shuttle to the […] ferry, but again you don't have your freedum, you have to depend on others. I wished the hotel was on the other side of the river! Stayed at this hotel in Levey for two nights. Room was clean with modern appointments. Bathtub and sink were deeper than typical. Hotel is about 1.5 miles from ferry dock to Quebec City. Take the ferry rather than drive to Quebec City. Streets are narrow and not conducive to heavy traffic. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We went to the Quebec City area to tour Old Quebec. This hotel is an easy 5 minute drive to the ferry where you are taken directly to the Old Quebec area. Great location for us. The decor was very modern. We would definitely stay there again if we return to Quebec.

The next time I visit I would prefer a hotel in the Old City since it is really too far away to come back to the hotel midday for a rest, a shower, or a change of clothing. However, the money we saved was worth the commute.

The Hotel is clean and very confortable. The stuff are working hard to make my stay confortable. However, for those that want to spend plenty of time in Quebec city, this hotel is far. You will depend on the ferry to get you to the old city of quebec. But the hotel is very good for the price.

not a great hotel to stay in if you are planning to visit Quebec old town. a lot of time is wasted driving to/from ferry, on the ferry etc. It would ne better to find a hotel on the Quebec side of the river. Breakfast at on site restaurant was expensive and service was not great.

Hotel had a very luxurious feel - attached to conference centre. Seemed brand new. Hotel staff was courteous and efficient. Rooms were large and beautifully furnished. Bathroom was huge. It's a great hotel to stay in. Although Quebec city is across the river, it's worth it to stay there. The ferry is $12 CAD 1 way with a car and max 6 people. Everything is new, everything is great. The only thing is that the parking lot is a little far.

I chose this hotel for 2 reasons; the name/quality of the hotel and the ease of access to and from the highway. I was not disappointed by either. The hotel is easy to get to from the highway. This was a less expensive option to staying in Old Quebec - the ferry was easy to access and use and the savings for the room was worth the cost of the ferry […] ride. It added charm to the visit! The hotel had a water incident in the days prior to our arrival and the lobby had 3 big floor fans to dry the carpet (never asked why), but they were pretty much gone by the 2nd day of our stay. There is a loung/'bar in the lobby that had everything you could want, including a friendly bartender. The restaurant, Cosmos, was unbelievable! Excellent food, though it was not cheap, it was not crazy either. The ambiance and service was very good and my teenagers were impressed that it looked great with good food but wasn't a "stuffy" restaurant (nice family restaurant). The room was clean and well set out, with very comfy beds and flat screen tv. The bathroom was quite big and also nice and clean. An in-room coffee maker is a plus here too. Though we didn't use them, the pool and weight room were okay --- nothing really to the outdoor pool; it is quite small. Hotel is new, located next to the convention center. Short drive to the ferry dock, lots of parking available so you can leave your car on the Levis side of the river. Hotel also offers free shuttle service to the dock. Had no issues speaking english at the hotel or any of the nearby fast food outlets. We love staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel. It was very clean and the staffs were very professional. This hotel also provide the shuttle service to and from the ferry to St Lawrence river.
