The front desk needs to be more responsive. On several occasisions I had to wait several minutes to be waited on when there were no other guests

I was happy with the quality of the hotel, but they made a couple of critical mistakes that really upset me!!! They continued to charge me for deposits throughout the weekend, even though I had already pre-paid for my stay. Very good services

The first thing I didn't like about the hotel was that the floor we stayed on had a funky smell as soon as we walked off the elevator and the carpet in the hallway looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in about 2 days. The room itself was clean and very nice, no smell in room. Another thing I didn't like was that they charged 12 for parking in their parking […] lot. Who does that? If I'm paying to stay in one of your rooms I wouldnt think I would have to pay to park my car in your parking lot. For the price that i paid for the room there were no refrigeration, no free parking( I was charged $12 per night plus card fees) I had to be escorted to a different level just to microwave my little son's milk. Very inconvenient. I would not book this hotel again.

We stayed here on a recent trip to Disneyland. The hotel was fantastic - our room was so clean it seemed as no one had ever stayed in it! The staff at the front desk were very helpful and the shuttle bus to Disneyland and back was ideal. I would certainly recommend the hotel to couples and families, looking to stay close to Disneyland.

Sheraton Hotels are always nice. The service in the restaurant was fabulous. The waitress was very attentive and made me feel welcome to stay as long as I liked. The hotel itself was very conveniently located near the Hyatt where my conference was located. I was able to walk there versus driving and having to pay another parking fee. However, it is […] not walking distance to Disneyland or Downtown Disney. The real downside was that the view from my window was a Super Target across the street. Also, I have noticed that when I book hotels through Hotels.com, the hotel where I stay usually places me in a room that is not always conveniently located near amenities and requires a long walk from elevator to room. Hotel was beautiful. Noise from room next door with crying child was disturbing. Noise from children running in the hall and doors closing was also disturbing. A good nights sleep was not a possibility.

This was a great hotel for our recent Disneyland trip. I will be staying here again in the next few months, especially if the price stays low.

We had a great time staying at the Sheraton during our trip to California. We visited San Diego, Disneyland, Universal Studios, Los Angeles and Hollywood areas and stayed in the same hotel. Great location, away from madding crowd but convenient enough for nice restaurants and Disneyland, Very nice staff.

My only complaint about this hotel is that on New Years Eve, they did not provide enough shuttle service from Disneyland to the hotel. I understand they employ an outside company for this service, but they could have had more buses running people back to the hotel. They did not have a dedicated shuttle to and from the Disneyland park and the bus that […] we were supposed to take was not marked on the outside so that we knew which bus to take. It was a guessing game of which bus we were supposed to get on. It was very disorganized and frustrating after spending a long day at Disneyland. On New Years Eve, they should have had buses running every 15 minutes instead of every 30 minutes (which in actual time was closer to every 45 minutes). Otherwise, the hotel was beautiful. Clean and well-kept. The staff was very friendly and nice. I would definitely stay there again, but I would drive my own car to Disneyland or take a taxi back to the hotel. The overal condition of the Hotel was above average but the cleanliness of the room was disgusting!! There were dark stains on the carpet and some stains on the wall. Looked like coffee or soda. everything was nice and clean...quiet too! However, standard room doesn't come with a fridge, which makes it inconvenient for guests with kids or infants. my overall rating out of a 10 would be a 8.5!

my hotel stay was verry nice. I would stay again, it was verry clean! just as it looks in the pictures.

We found this hotel to be very pleasant. In a great location, surrounded by plenty of places to eat and enjoy and evening out. Room service was also a nice treat with friendly servers. Would definitely stay at this facility again should we need a place to stay in or near the Orange County Area.

it is the last hotel on disneyland strip. bus dropoff to disneyland costs extra $3.00 per person parking at the hotel costs extra $12.00 per night. discounts given on hotel rooms are made right back by charging for everything once you have no choice but to bay them.

Love this hotel great stay if your visiting Disneyland just a short ride away. Staff is very friendly would stay here again.

The Sheraton Garden Grove is a business hotel but served our Disneyland vacation extremely well. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, staff was nice. The hotel is located a couple of blocks from Disneyland but you end up parking and taking a shuttle to the park anyway. Use the Toy Story parking lot it's about 2 blocks from the hotel. The rooms are clean and modern, you will not be disappointed for the price. Conveniently located to Disneyland (only a couple of miles). There was a slight odour from the bathroom. Parking was $12, however there were no parks on site and I had to park in a back lot adjacent to the hotel (where they park for valet service) and walk to the hotel.

we really enjoyed our stay, the people were great to work with our needs, easy access to Disbeland room was clean overall we were very satisfied with the hotel

Our stay at the Sheraton was fabulous. The staff was cordial and very helpful and the room was clean and luxurious. I will definitely stay here again.

No microwave or refrigerator

Nice hotel, decent amenities, convenient to buy Disneyland tickets but..., My wife and I were stranded at Disneyland waiting for the shuttle to show up and take us back to the hotel along with about 50 other people. Our room was CLEAN, and the staff was friendly..What else do you need?! Our trip included myself and 4 teenagers...I felt safe & comfortable, we'll stay there again soon.

Our stay was very pleasant. The service at the front desk were very friendly and informative. We had great help when it came to bringing up our luggage to our room. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with great water pressure. House keeping was great and quick when to responded to our request for more towels. We ordered […] room service one morning for breakfast. We paid more for breakfast than we would have at a restaurant...but it's room services....over priced is expected. But can say the service was nice, food was great, and it was super convenient for us. Overall pricing for our room was very reasonable too. It was a lot cheaper than any other hotel that was closer to Disneyland. The 2 complaints are the beds and the parking. My family slept fine. However, I thought the beds were way to hard and uncomfortable. I woke up feeling a bit sore. Also, the parking was not big enough. After a full day at Disneyland and coming home late, there was no parking at all and was forced to vallet, which we didn't want to do. And when it came to picking up our car the next day, it took FOREVER!!! There was only 1 employee trying to get cars out of vallet for many guest. We waited for a while and it was very annoying. We even went to the front desk to make them aware for the 1 person they had working the lot and that he need more help. They were apologetic but it still took a while. Our room was supposed to have a temperature control that you could control, but it seemed to have a mind of its own. When we first walked in, it felt like we were standing inside of a refrigerator. The Sheraton here in Anaheim/ garden grove, was clean, comfortable and up- to- date. We had no problem with parking, and it was close to everything we needed. Great value!

We had a great time staying for a couple nights. My 2 1/2 yr. old slept fine, she has a hard time sleeping in other beds. My complaints would be parking space ;(!! I hate to say this.. But the carpets are dirty.. The elevator carpet is really dirty! The hall ways stink too ;(! Customer service is great!!

Hotel provides shuttles to Disneyland, cost $3.00 for the weekend. I think it should be free. Hotel Staff very friendly and willing to help out with anything.

I had a great experience with the hotel staff for my room, but my colleague was not so lucky. He requested to have a shower chair brought to his room as he cannot safely stand in the shower, and it took the staff most of the day to locate one and bring it to his room. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is big and comfy. Very good place for a good sleep. It's a little further away from the other Sheraton for the Convention Center or the other Disney but not that much further (about 2 blocks further). We picked this hotel for its balance between cost and quality. The entire street is lined with Hotels, and I'm not sure what they offered, but I can tell you what this hotel did NOT offer. Continental breakfast, free parking, a mini-fridge, a microwave, or a nice pool are all things that were NOT offered. Those families with kids will know how important […] and convenient some of these ammenities are. Parking was an extra charge. Plus, the elevator floor, along with the hall way floors were so grungy I wouldn't let my kids even sit on the floor. It has a nice appearence, but up close, not clean. Lastly, the pool was very small and did not offer any special ammenities. I would highly consider comparing the other hotels and what they offer and consider if extra ammenities are important. Having a 1 year old, we really needed a fridge to keep milk in, and a microwave to warm up food. One side note, one day we arrived back to the hotel at 5:00 to shower and change before dinner, and the cleaning service was still in our room finishing.
