the location of the hotel is excelent and the price is ok.. no really cheap but i guess is for the location.. the only trouble is that mostly the hotel is ocupated for schools or families with young kids and the hotel has a crazy golf in the second floor that if you are the lucky one to have your room infront of it like it was my case you can forget […] to go to sleep early... then schools check in like 2 or 3 in the morning and the kids are running without any respect from room to room while you are trying to sleep and the staff just tell you that they have just arrive , so , you have to understand and they cant do anything... so , in summary... they will do nothing and you will have to "enjoy" your night. The kitchen staff is nice and the food is ok...and you have to give tips for EVERYTHING they do for you too.. even when you have already pay for the services, so if you want a better hotel, cheaper and more confy . look ofr annother hotels that you can find just in the corner next to it if you really want a nice and quite hotel. plus the hotel offer you a parking.. but you have to read the "limit" parking and as it is a busy hotel and small garage, once you take your car out for anything you cant forget you will be available to go inside again and then you will have to look for a parking area where you willhave to pay extra too. 阅读更多信息

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Hot water in the morning. It's a good location in the historical centre only a couple of blocks from the zocalo.

I reserved online and when I got there was given a room with no windows, a tiny bathroom with no real door, and one bed too many. The next day, however, I asked for a room with windows, and was given one with both windows and a real bathroom. Rooms were basic without much maintenance but fine. The hotel it is at good location,good price,room service and close to everythen like puebla down town ,convention center,restaurants,plaza los sapos,el parian,the churchs,etc.

Excelente ubicación, muy buen servicio y atención en general, muy bueno para quienes viajan con presupuesto limitado, pues esta cerca del centro, de varios museos y mercados, bastante recomendable.

El hotel esta en una excelente ubicación y en general el servicio es bueno, en especial en el area de la cocina, pero llegan muchisimas familias con niños y escuelas secundarias y preparatorias, lo cual lo hace super ruidoso ya que los niños y adolescentes estan corre y corre afuera de tu cuarto, especialmente si tu cuarto esta enfrente del golfito […] en el primer caso (lo cual fue mi caso) ten por seguro no dormiras y mas ya que llegan a las 2 de la mañana y aunque les pidas al servicio que les pida silencio, ellos te contestan que como acaban de llegar es normal que lo hagan (gritando de puerta en puerta) y qeu casi casi que como ellos acaban de llegar y tu ya estas ahi y pagaste pues que te aguantes... asi que yo recomiendo un hotel que encontre el dia que me iba que esta justo a su costado, con estacionamiento ilimitado (cosa que este hotel no tieene, no puedes sacar el coche ya que si llegan mas y aunque tu estuviste antes y se llena el PEQUEÑISIMO garage, pues ya valiste y te tienes que ir a pagar un alojamiento a tu coche ) y muchisimo mas barato 阅读更多信息
