Great private beachfront hotel at reasonable price! Stayed 1 week and efficiency kitchenette worked well. Would have liked a room with a balcony, but they were sold out. Villas looked amazing for larger groups. Will try to book earlier next year for a balcony room.

We had a very, very positive stay here. We needed to find a place at the last minute and found this on this site. The price seemed right and we rented a suite with a bedroom and a separate kitchen. I wasn't sure what to expect. Though the kitchen decor is a bit 1970s, we were very happy with the bedroom, the cleanliness of the place, and the view was […] absolutely spectacular. The walk to the beach was effortless and immediate. The beach itself was great. Though there was one employee who seemed very unhelpful, the other staff were courteous and went out of their way to make our stay very pleasant. Be mindful that this is not a hotel so you will not receive housekeeping services or room service. We did not mind this at all. You can always receive clean linens and towels if you ask for them. This resort is a very good value. If you don't require an interior that is too fancy, this place makes staying at the beach extremely nice. 阅读更多信息

This is a totally no service hotel. The room is clean just once a week, if you want clean they charge extra per day. You have to put your garbage outside the room. There is nobody to help you with luggages, and they charge fees like a reort. Furthermore the hotel is full of snails, a disgust.

This hotel is far from the 4 Star Hotel. The parking situation is unacceptable. There are not enough spots on site for hotel quests. Hotel room was cleaned only once over 7 days.

Lovely room in a very nice setting. Althoug the Florida January weather did not allow us to go swimming, the pool and the beach looked wonderful.

This hotel is in walking distance to Publix, Milam, Starbucks ,Walgreens, CVS, Liquor store and everything else that you need. The beach is beautiful and is just a great place to stay. We will be back.

Hotel datato, ma in posizione strategica: nel cuore di Sunny Isles, accanto al Trump, sulla spiaggia. E' sulla Collins Ave per cui diverse stanze dei building #3 e #4 si affacciano sulla strada e sono rumorose. Le stanze hanno tutte la cucina (angolo cottura, lavastoviglie, frigo...): non è previsto il servizio housekeeping (extra). Wifi gratuito. Im Vergleich zum Newport Beach Hotel, das ebenfalls mit 3 Sternen bewertet wird, kann man dieses Hotel vergessen. Es verdient keine 3 Sterne, da: - die Zimmer ziemlich klein sind, - es gibt überhaupt keinen Zimmerservice, d.h. die Betten werden nicht gemacht, die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher werden nicht gewechselt. Das passiert, wenn überhaupt, nur […] bei Wechsel der Gäste. Mein Zimmer roch, obwohl ich ganztags gelüftet habe, immer nach "Schlaf" (ich war nur 3 Nächte dort), da offensichtlich auch bei meiner Ankunft die Betten nicht frisch überzogen waren - es gibt im Bad 2 Stück Seife (Waschbecken, Badewanne - that´s it - nur am Mittwoch werden die Zimmer gewischt und die Papierkörbe geleert, aber kein Bett gemacht. - die Lage ist insofern gut, dass in nächster Umgebung ein paar gute Restaurants und Hotels sind (Trump) - das Parken des Autos kostet pro Tag 20 USD - finde ich unmöglich Fazit: dort war ich das erste und letzte Mal Gast 阅读更多信息

Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä suhteessa rantaan. Mahtava beach! Asiakaspalvelu pelasi ihan ok, mutta viimeisenä päivänä ei kerrottu, että parkkipaikan portin numerokoodi oli muutettu. Jouduin juoksemaan ees sun taas tämän asian takia. Hotellin ilmastointi toimi ensimmäisenä yönä, mutta siitä eteenpäin lämpötila sisällä oli 82°F. Ei kiva kun ulkona kuuma […] ja sisällä lämmin. Ikkunasta tuli vettä sisään sateella, vaikka ne olivat kiinni. "Huoltomies" korjasi ongelman hakemalla pyyhkeitä ja pyyhkimällä lattian. High-speed internet access ei toiminu kun pätkissä. 80% hotellissa oloajasta netti ei toiminut. Näiden asian tiimoilta eivät suostuneet antamaan minkäänlaista alennusta vaikka pyysin.
