Dette er det bedste afslapningehotel med masser af muligheder for wellness. Meget spændende omgivelser og et udsøgt hotel projekt i en gammel by på toppen af bjerget.

"A disappointment"

I had expected more from this hotel, and found the service really at the level of "beginner". It seems management and staff are not happy, a few long faces around... We did not try the restaurant but to only serve a basic Italian breakfast in a 5 star hotel is not acceptable. Unfortunately no attention to detail (sour Burratta at breakfast on 2 of the […] 3 mornings), fused light bulb in our room not changed throughout our stay. Room airconditioner noisy and not cooling properly (most probably due to lack of regular maintenance). Swimming pool ice cold and shaded, no heating, so impossible to swim. No turndown service. Laundry service was efficient. The location is great, but for those who know what 5 star travel is about, this property lacks experience, finesse and attention to detail. 阅读更多信息
