Nice hotel, refurbished, clean, BUT - no air conditioning. I was terribly hot inside the hotel & outside, but the A/C only gets switched on in Summer.!! Complained, got a shrug. Very unpleasant stay.

Ein Bekannter und ich haben jeweils ein EZ für 4 Tage gebucht. Das Hotel teilte uns erst bei Ankunft mit, daß das Hotel überbucht sei und man uns zusammen in einer "Suite" unterbringen könnte. Eine andere Möglichkeit gäbe es nicht. Schlußendlich mußten wir uns mit der Suite, bestehend aus 2 Räumen, eins mit Queensize Bett und eins mit Ausziehcouch. […] Darüber hinaus bot man uns die gebuchte HP auf All inclusive upzugraden. Dieses hat für uns zum einen aufgrund unseres Programms nicht wirklich etwas genutzt, zum anderen bezog sich dieses nur auf die "Basic-Angebote" wie Softdinks, Automatenkaffee und Bier bis max. 23 Uhr. Essen: das Essen war zu Anfang katastrophal, da überwiegend unreifes Obst und Gemüse geboten wurde. Speisen schmeckten zum Teil angebrannt. Diese Fauxpas wiederholten sich in der Form Gott sei Dank nicht mehr, jedoch überstieg die Qualität nicht einem Durchschnittsniveau und wird m.E. nicht dem prospektierten Standard von 4 Sternen gerecht. Das Personal war dennoch sehr freundlich und hilsbereit, jedoch aufgrund der Überbuchung und dem mangelhaften Essen kann ich dem Hotel kein gutes Zeugnis ausstellen. Also, sollte es in die engere Wahl kommen dann unbedingt die Zimmerverfügbarkeit prüfen. 阅读更多信息

Clean and modern rooms. Service in reception was not the best while the staff in the restaurant were very service minded! The food wasn't as good as you would expect from a 4 star hotel. Location is close to the harbour and Aqualand, quite nice to not be in the middle of the all the noise in Playa de Palma.
