The hotel, pool, and our room where both super clean comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was top notch too. French toast, Egg Muffins, cereal, fruit, yogurt, coffee and juices.

the maids and front desk staff were so nice and helpful, always friendly and had a smile for us.I would stay there again .

The staff, including all shifts, were all really nice people. By the second day, we and most of the staff were on first-names with each other and we appreciated that they greeted us by name every time. Made us feel very comfortable! When we returned from our adventures, they were first to ask if we had a good time and asked about our experiences. We […] even had little personal notes on our phone from the housekeeping staff, just thoughtful gestures from a staff trying to make our stay a pleasant and comfortable one, which is was. If we made inquiries about places to go, spring training baseball schedules, night spots, for food, or just sightseeing, the next thing we knew the staff member we spoke to had Googled the local spots and gave us Google information, directions, and a map! The hotel had a small bar and café that met our needs between trips outside the hotel for lunch and dinners. Wifi and breakfast were free and not just cold, low-end donuts, but a changing variety of hot and cold breakfast foods, from eggs with bacon, ham, and or cheese in an up-scale presentation, as well as fruits, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc. All very good. The heated pool was delightful morning, noon, or in the evening. The staff was over the top in personal service; it seemed to be a beneficial culture of the property! It was fabulous to have so many things available at midnight. Our late arrival would normally have only provided vending machines. Loved the check out kiosk. Would love to see a hotel charge you for the hours you are there, since our stay was SOOOO! Brief.

We moved to this hotel from a hotel that was not pleasant and were very happy. We would for sure stay here again.

Nice hotel that was well kept. The only issue we had was that we seemed to run out of hot water in the shower.

Nice staff, great location and very nice rooms. Shower floor needed a good scrubbing but overall was a nice clean room.

I only have one major complaint, that's the AC which you do need in AZ. The AC turns on and completely off every 5-10 minutes. So unless you are a rabit and can sleep in 5-10 minute portions, you are not gonna get a good nights sleep. They could not fix it, it's a structural problem in the entire hotel.

We were pleased with the room size and the couch was comfortable. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We were here for my son's wedding. We were close to his home, his future in-laws home, the wedding venue, and shopping. The room was very quiet. A good east valley location, just off the San Tan (202) Freeway. I would highly recommend.

Room was pretty clean with the exception of the bathroom sink which didn't look like it had been cleaned.

Excellent hotel. Staff is always great. We have stayed there 3 different times, always fabulous!!

We enjoyed our room but wish we had a tub. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast could have been better. But we would go there again.

Unfortunately we were in town for a funeral, but your hotel went above and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. The lobby had a few areas for us to gather and share stories with the relatives who were in town.

I love the room layouts here, large enough for a family and lot of room for one person with superfast and free wireless internet throughout the hotel. Fitness center has cardio machines only. Pool was great and they do furnish poolside towels.

We live in Phoenix and were going out to a friend's house in the area, so we decided to stay out there for the weekend. We were impressed by the hotel and the staff. This hotel was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning system worked well and was quiet. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel offers a complimentary continental breakfast. We will stay here again.

Outstanding service. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The area is very safe and close to the major highways. The room was clean with a huge TV. Exercise room a little sparse but no big deal. All in all, it was a great stay. The bathroom was tricky to manuever. The door into the shower / toilet opens inward and so you can not have a bath mat on the floor and have to step out of the way to open the door to get out. I was in town for just a few days and was thrilled by this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and the fact that I could get starbucks 24hours/day was amazing!! Room was great, no complaints!! Would definitely stay here again.

Not shown on the booking was the free shuttle to Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport or to area shopping, restaurants and entertainment. That's on top of everything else being perfect at this great hotel, part of a great Hyatt design concept.

The room was very clean and the beds were awesome. Best sheets ever. Loved the extra counter space in the bathroom.

This is a nice hotel. The pool is super small, but clean. The staff is friendly, but they seem to be understaffed at the desk a lot. The phone just rings and rings. They claim to have a Starbucks in the Lobby which was a big selling feature for me when we booked this hotel, and in reality, they brew Starbucks coffee and can potentially make a latte, […] but there definitely is NOT a Starbucks. The complementary breakfast ends everyday during the week at 9:30am--personally when I am on vacation, I don't get up until 9:00am, so breakfast until at least 10:00am would have been nice!! 阅读更多信息

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and it had all of the conveniences of comfort. The rooms are magnificent and the beds are incredibly comfortable. My only complaint is I was travelling with my 2 young children and our flight was late into Mesa and when we called at 10:05pm - there was no hope for the shuttle which ended at 10:00pm. Not necessarily […] their fault - but a definite inconvenience with 2 kids. With the kids, we would never stay more than a night or 2 as the area is very newly and not completely developed and the pool is a cracker jack box. The room was very comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. The staff was polite and very helpful. They have free Wifi throughout the building. They have a free continental breakfast and a very nice dining area. We will stay there again

My wife and I wanted a quick getaway without the kids. The staff was more than helpful. The room was perfect, clean, as was the hotel itself. I will put up other visitors here when they come to town. Near San Tan shopping.

The hotel was nice! It was easy to get to from the 202. The room was nicely laid out and comfortable. The tv was quite large and swiveled so you could sit on the couch or in bed. The only minor complaint is the black out curtains weren't so "black out" but really it is minor. We really enjoyed our stay and would use the chain again.

My squeeze and I stayed at this lovely hotel for a couple nights while visiting my folks in Gilbert, AZ. It was conveniently located off the South 202, clearly visible from the 202 and Val Vista Rd. The hotel was beautiful, the room was beautiful AND very comfortable. Also, my boyfriend managed to leave something VERY expensive in our room during checkout. […] Within an hour, we had received a phone call informing us that we had left this object and that the hotel manager had it in their possession. Wait a tick, they told us we left it AND gave it back. I would recommend this hotel to anyone any day. Hard to come by honest people anymore, least of all when expensive personal belongings have been forgotten and are up for grabs. Nice and affordable. Had a good continental breakfast. Only negative was size of bathroom shower/toilet area. Only way to close or open the door was to practically stand in the shower or toilet. Rest of room was great.
